The service I received this morning 9/3/2025 5:33.A.M was terrible and completely unacceptable. I went to order a burrito, and the person in charge ignored me for over 10 minutes, choosing to do other things instead of helping a customer standing right in front of them. It was not only a waste of my time but also a huge sign of disrespect. I find it unbelievable that someone with such little professionalism is responsible for customer service. Any establishment that treats its customers this way shows that they don’t care at all about the customer experience. I will definitely not be coming back, and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. People like you should leave the job of Customer Service and dedicate yourself to something else or the owner of the establishment who sends you to take a Customer Service course, because you are very unpleasant.

Absolutely disgusted by the service I received! Your company should do better in dealing with customers and the preparation of food!! I tried to order bacon and egg burritos and there WAS NO BACON in the eggs! I only eat eggs with bacon in them and I should be able to tell that there is bacon when I’m PAYING for it! Your employee was rude and nasty! The food prep area was dirty. And they also gave me the wrong food I left the building with it and brought it back and they just handed it out to the next person. What if I had dropped it or touched it and they gave it to someone else instead of remaking the food they incorrectly gave out! Unacceptable!!

My experience with this location is very low. I first went to the Laredo Taco in Palmeto 7-11 and the location impressed me so much I was super excited when I saw that they had once close to my house since I live in St. Pete. Sadly this location is a catch 22 depending who is working. I will say the best service I recieved is from the guyst that work there always hot and fresh. When I see the older lady working in the morning I skip there and just get a banana and muffin to eat since I know I will not get good service from her. Today I drove all the way up there for the new pork tacos and the of course the girl working there told me she couldn’t make me my food because the bag it comes in is too big. What does that have to do with my appetite. So I went to taco bells instead and gave them my money. And what do you know everything I ordered they had. This location needs to close down until they can get people like the Palmeto location to work here before I come back.

If you can get someone to serve you food at this location the food is good. I came in yesterday and today both days same thing I stand in front of the counter for over 5 minutes to be completely ignored by everyone in the store I finally picked up some food from 7-Eleven. Laredo Taco is a joke in this store.

It’s nothing to write home about, but the food is pretty good. Can’t go wrong with the price of $5.49 for a breakfast plate. Decent amount of food of 2 scoops of your choice of eggs and 2 sides and a tortilla. Most of the staff is friendly with the exception of one, which she can be a little crabby at times in the morning. Overall the place is great

Food stays in the warmers way too long. Not as fresh as the franchise locations in Texas. They needs to improve on food quality, presentation. The young man in the morning is really kind and very service oriented. I hope that’s contagious to the rest of the staff including the manager for the restaurant. Sister girl ain’t always friendly.
