Had dinner at Laredo Mexican Grill last night we ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas. It was the first time I’ve ordered fajitas and they didn’t come out sizzling, hot and steaming. It was just a plate of meat and vegetables and they were cold so it felt like basically the food was just sitting in a tray in the back and they threw them on a fajita dish. They definitely were not fresh.

I recently had dinner at Laredo Mexican Grill, and it was absolutely delicious I don’t remember the exact names of the dishes we ordered, but one was a fajita, and the other was a chicken salad. Both were flavorful and satisfying. The fajitas were perfectly seasoned and served sizzling hot, while the chicken salad was fresh and had the perfect balance of ingredients. The service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere made for a great dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by for a tasty meal

Okay this place has really got out of hand. Myself and 3 friends, which equal a party of 4 went to have a few drinks. I ordered a 1/2 fajita quesadilla for about $10. Ticket came out to $15 because gratuity was added for A PARTY OF 4!!!!! And a charge for using my credit card. They are now just ripping you off. They have always found ways to get over but this is it for me…. There are much better places to dine that do not charge you for swiping a credit card. Like viva la vida….

Laredos has been in Auburn forever. Great food and great service. The margaritas are delicious and they put a HUGE sombrero on you and sing happy birthday if it’s your birthday. Very fun atmosphere and speedy service.

Giving a three stars overall not terrible. Service was great. One lady server has an attitude issue. I will say I had regular burrito w rice and beans and immediately got sick. Knew it was the food of how much better I felt after throwing up. The owner was very polite, therefore not a management issue just probably ate the wrong thing!

I came here recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I didn’t enjoy the dish I ordered, so I politely asked if I could switch it for something else. At first, the server told me no. When I asked if he could check with someone higher up, he came back and told me that I needed to “make sure I order something I will eat” and that they would only allow a change “one time.”
As a paying customer, I found this response very unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that restaurants may have policies, but there are better ways to communicate them. Instead of making me feel accommodated, the way it was worded came across as condescending.
I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not how a guest should feel when dining out.

The food is OK. It’s pretty standard Americanized Mexican food. There’s nothing special about it. It’s overpriced. Everything here is 20-30% higher than most Mexican restaurants but they charge you 4% for using a credit card. I never choose to eat here, but every blue moon I get drug in.
*i should also add that they do not serve any Mexican hot sauces. No cholula. No tapatio. No Valentina. Nothing but Tabasco. Yuck! Not on Mexican food.
