Ordered pizza with no onion for pickup- it had onions. They made a new one, delivered it to my house, and gave us a free cinnamon bread (delicious). Good customer service, and the pizza and bread were both so good. Good job.

Service was terrible. The people were not friendly and for our first visit they didn’t explain what meals they offered. Ended up with an 8 piece chicken meal that didn’t even have any white meat in it. The chicken was cold, a bit spicy and very salty. The meal photographs much better than it tasted. We will not return.

On days I have to work on Chesaning I come by here between 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. to grab some lunch. I’ve been waited on a total of 1 time out of 5 attempts; the last one being today. I sit at the drive-thru for a few minutes, say hello 2 or 3 times and then spend my money elsewhere. I understand that it can be a pain to wait on people but the business shouldn’t be open if the employees have 0 intent or desire to serve food. It’s a shame, but it’s happened too many times for it to just be a coincidence. The food was great when I got it, though.

Went there to get supper on Wednesday, July 9, 2024 around 5:30pm, and they were closed. No sign or reason why.. After reading some of the reviews, this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. They won’t be in business much longer if they can’t be counted on to be open. It’s too bad, because we really liked the food they have.
So I stopped again tonight (July 10) and tried again. I called first and was told they close at 6:00pm. Went to the drive through and sat for 3-4 minutes. No one came. Drove up to the first window, no one came. Went to the second window, and after another couple of minutes I was told to back up to the first window.
I wanted hot wings, but guess what—they no longer serve them. It was so refreshing to have something different in Chesaning to go to. When they first opened up last year they were very busy. People stood in line to get food. What a difference a year makes! I will never go back there again!

I tried their food again. This time we got fresh chicken sandwhiches, the honey butter and buns helped combat the Cajun seasoning and paired really well together. You can tell the difference for sure between old and fresh so if they aren’t cleaning the fryers and the wait isn’t too long for you then I recommend eating the food here. Though their older food is closer to KFC than anything so it’s not like it’s inedible. Overall a great choice.

Honestly any more this place is just no good. We’ve been there multi times between 6:15/6:30 and they are l ready closing won’t make anything fresh, they won’t make side because the lady said “honestly our business has been terrible it not worth making side just to go bad or throw out”. You can’t call ahead and make an order and pre pay even because they don’t allow that. I just don’t get it, then the last time we just got the chicken and they shorted us chicken.
The one is Saginaw is even better than this one is. It so sad because when you can actually get your food fresh it’s good.
