First visit: Very nice place with clean restrooms, great food service and ambiance. Nice large portions and spicy (if you like that). Dishes can be made less spicy. Be sure to ask.

We’ve been waiting for this restaurant to open for SO long, and it truly was worth the wait! We started with the scallion pancakes which were incredible, crisp and soft at the same time. My husband got the dry chili chicken and I got sesame tofu. Both were incredible! The staff was so kind and patient with all of our questions. Can’t wait to go back!

The food here was so good! I came here with a couple of my friends and we all loved the xiaolongbao. The service here was also amazing. The two host at the front we super nice and patient. The servers were also very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant overall was super high end and designed beautifully.

I am so happy that Cleveland now has a restaurant like this! The ambiance and decor is beautiful and the food is good authentic Chinese food. If I were to nitpick, the service is a little wonky, but I think that’s because I was there during the soft opening, so the team is just getting used to the swing of things. Worth a visit and I will definitely be back.

Wanted to love this place but I went during their soft opening and had an awful experience. Our waitress acted like she hated her life. Our food was delivered at all different times and they forgot 2 of our items. They started delivering food before they had given us any napkins or silverware and our waiter knew about it and still took about 5 minutes to get it to us. The flavors of the food overall were disappointing. It’s definitely not kid friendly as they had no options of kids cups and we had to go to another restaurant just to get our toddler a cup of water. I understand it was a soft opening and they’re still working out some kinks so maybe I’d give the service portion another chance but I don’t think I’d go back for the food either. My family is extremely kind and friendly so I’m not sure why our waitress was so unfriendly. We did have another lady who seemed like she was running the place and she was very kind. Hopefully she can get some staff to match her energy.
