A love for food has the power to unite people. In this story, it brought April, Daniel, & Uncle Sergio together. As a small family business aside from this restaurant, we travel often delivering our restroom trailers throughout New England, Tri-state area, & Florida. Between all of us, we’d put a list together of restaurants local and across state lines. When it was time for our double dates, we’d pick from this list of places to eat. We’d spend the night conversing about how great the food and service is and discuss how fun it would be to open a food truck or restaurant of our own one day. Amazing combination of flavors!! We ordered multiple lunches for our office team and everyone was so pleased with their meal nothing but great things to say about the food!! As a Puerto Rican myself and Asian food lover this was a must have in Bridgeport!!!

We ordered a few items. The House Pho was incredibly flavorful, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The addition of sriracha and hoisin sauce elevated the flavor even more. I also tried the wings and arroz. Although the arroz y gandules were a bit too mushy for my taste and could have used more flavor, the wings were quite good. For dessert, I had the banana pudding, which was delightful. I would definitely get the PHO again. Will go again and try some of the other items on the menu.

Growing up in Bridgeport, I’ve tried food from many places, as well as cultures. None of them have brought a true Puerto/Asian infusion like this place. If you’re not n the mood for a great meal, at a reasonable cost, go support them. And support yourself by tasting the food ️

Such a beautiful lovely place with a beautiful husband and wife duo running it. They are a pop up restaurant, so they travel periodically to different locations. They’re here in Bridgeport til the end of May. Not sure where they will go next but you can subscribe to them or follow them to find out. The food was AMAZING! & I hope they don’t go too far. You must try if you haven’t yet. I got a little bit of everything and I was overly satisfied! I promise!!

The staff is absolutely friendly and very delightful. The atmosphere is very beautiful very clean, but the food is absolutely delicious. I got the pernil eggs rolls Are absolutely delicious cooked to perfection and their house made sauce is outstanding. I also got the french fries with their house sauce on top and it was very delightful!! I will 100% be back
