Lanxang Star Restaurant in Dracut is an outstanding choice for Thai and Lao cuisine. This moderately sized space is authentically decorated with Southeast Asian art which adds to the atmosphere. The menu is fabulous and we had some difficulty in deciding which direction to go. Eventually we settled on Laotian-Style Sausage to start. For the main, I went with the delicious and ultra flavorful Fish in Spicy Lemongrass Sauce; the generous Haddock filet was delightfully crisp on the outside and flakey fresh within. She enjoyed her gigantic bowl of Boat Noodle Soup. Service was super friendly and quite prompt. Our experience here was more than excellent. Highly recommended.

If you found this star, consider yourself lucky (and well fed!). Such a friendly team of people work here and they created a vibrant restaurant. Food is fresh, colorful, flavorful. If you’re feeling cold this winter, come warm up here!
Mango curry was delicious. Tapioca balls were unique and umami. The chicken noodle soup with house made noodles = everyone’s fav

Good delivery is super fresh. It stayed in the box maybe 30 mins and because they put slashes on the box nothing was soggy. The lettuce was crispy AFTER 30 mins!!!!! That’s amazing

My friend recommended this restaurant to me, so I decided to give it a try. I had the papaya salad, fried chicken, and crispy rice salad. The food was delicious—well-balanced, fresh, and clean. The prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent.”

Honestly the best crab Rangoons in Massachusetts
Update: Aug 18 2025:
Still the best Rangoons. The boat noodles are also a good pick. ( If u want spice ask for it )
The laarb beef is yummy and not too spicy when served but you can add more spice to taste. I love that. The chooche curry is great for those light eaters who enjoy a curry with loads of veggies and your choice of meat. Overall. Wonderfull experience and our waiter guy. Although he has a resting (how could this happen to me) kinda vibe. He’s a great guy and honestly his vibes are kinda cool in a different way. Oh and good sticky rice.

Brought family here for Sunday lunch. This small place with seat for about 45 is packed. We ordered the Lao style Yum Seafood salad, which tasted great. The shrimp and calamari mixed with bean noodles, onion, bell peppers, cilantro, basil, crushed peanut and lime juice created a harmony that will open up your appetite. We ordered the regular chicken wings because kids want to eat some. They are perfectly seasoned and fried. Would like to try the spicy one next time. We also ordered Drunken Noodles and Pad See Ew, these aren’t as good as I hoped. Flavors are there, but the chef’s stir fry skill needs to improve, as the flat noodles are on the mush side.
Services were good, one main waitress was able to handle all the orders with some help from other staff.

Boat Noodle Soup and Mango Yellow Curry were both top shelf with delicious broths. Service, fast and courteous. Best was the placement of six spice jars on the table so that patrons could heat their dishes perfectly to their own tastes.

Quite a nice discovery. The food looks very fresh and is tasty. We ordered several dishes. The fresh rolls were good but mostly based on salad. I had some at other places that mixed more vegetables which added flavors. The main dishes, the red curry and the drunken noddles were good too. My preference goes for the noddles.
The service was nice. We got attention.
The place would benefit from being cleaner.
