02/11/20 They must have been having an off day today. Service was very slow. Took about 30 minutes to get our food. Could have been hotter when we finally got it.

Let me start off with I am a huge fan of Lanskys steak philly! I eat 1 or 2 a month! Hands down best philly in Omaha! Now let’s get to my experience I had tonight (10-5-18) Bellevue location. It was horrible! The place was not busy yet there was no clean tables! I asked a server if he could clean us a table and he pointed to the party room and said “there’s a clean table” that’s just the beginning. We order a regular Pizza and a steak philly I asked for mushrooms and green peppers only on my steak philly. Ordered this at 7:00pm got our food at 7:52. He set the pizza down and said 3 plates? I let him know that I ordered a philly. He said “I’ll be right back” 15min later he brought me the philly in a to go container and I told him I didnt want it to go. His response was “we are all out of baskets” so he left, I opened the box and I found a chicken philly with onions peppers and mushrooms. Took it back up and told them I just want my money back and that seemed to be difficult for them. But 10min later i got it. They said they would still make my philly to go so i accepted and when I got it 15min later it was still wrong! And the worst part of the whole situation was, I never was apologized to. Very disappointed……

Mediocre calzone and pizza. The calzone was kinda devoid of ingredients, the “primo” pizza was ok , quite greasy and square cut round pizza was awkward.

They must have been understaffed on Sunday afternoon, because there were several people waiting for more than a half hour for their food. We waited almost 45 minutes for a single pizza, because apparently our ticket fell behind the counter. Once they realized that, they did work hard to get us our pizza quickly and gave us a $5 gift card for the inconvenience. The food is good, but not worth the wait. Overall, the staff were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. We were pretty disappointed. We were planning to rent out a party room for an upcoming family event, but we will be looking elsewhere.

The staff was really nice, and the restaurant was clean. However, the food was mediocre at best. My baked chicken Alfredo tasted like it was made from precooked bagged chicken and a jar of Alfredo. Definitely not food I would pay for again. The salad bar was fairly poorly stocked, but we were there after a lunch rush. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

The food here was AWESOME! However I was not impressed with whoever was running the place. We came in for our Banquet. They had asked us to pre-order online to make it easier and quicker. Well this was not the case. They acted like they had no clue we were coming and we’re so overwhelmed. The person running behind the counter was loud and did NOT come across friendly. I was not impressed by the service, but the food was tasty.
