Our signature fluffy fermented soup dumplings are made with premium Sakura Pork, known for its rich flavor, vegetarian-fed diet, and no added antibiotics. Every bun is handmade daily using traditional fermentation techniques, creating a soft and fluffy texture with juicy fillings. We do not add MSG, ensuring a clean and natural taste. We also offer traditional Chinese comfort foods, including a variety of handmade buns with different fillings, organic millet porridge, fresh soy milk, tea eggs, and seasonal side dishes.
