Hilary was our great and helpful server today. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. There are beautiful environment trees inside with wood accent pillars. Great food prices about $20-25 per person. The staff were accomodating for kids and great size tables and booths. The food came more quickly than we had anticipated which is a great service. We had an egg cofee which is very unique

Lang chai in Scarborough is a fantastic spot! The service is friendly and attentive, and the ambience is modern, cozy, and inviting.
The food is truly amazing—we loved the crispy, garlicky fish sauce chicken wings (Cánh Gà Chiên Nước Mắm) with sticky rice, pickled veggies, and cucumber. The Bún Thịt Nướng (grilled pork vermicelli) was perfectly charred, fresh, and flavorful with all the classic toppings and nước chấm.
Authentic, generous portions, and spot-on flavors. If you’re craving great Vietnamese food in the GTA, this is the place! Can’t wait to return.

The bone marrow pho here was honestly one of the best I’ve ever tried. The broth was rich and full of flavour, perfectly seasoned, and everything just worked so well together. The portion size for the price is amazing, I couldn’t even finish it. On top of the food, the interior and atmosphere are beautiful, super cozy and inviting. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others.

Great quantity and taste for the price! The broth was really good and was so full by the end of it. The spring rolls were crispy (a little greasy but just pat it on paper) and service was quick. Would love to try the rice and vermicelli dishes next time! If you can’t find parking, there’s extra parking in the back.

I absolutely love the food here, especially the phở! The menu has so many delicious Vietnamese dishes to choose from. My family and I have been coming for over a year, almost every week. The staff are always warm and friendly, and the restaurant is spotless and inviting. The owners are incredibly kind as well. Highly, highly recommend!

Overall my experience at Lang Chai was amazing. The food was very good, especially the grilled pork and chicken. The flavour was great and very memorable.
The service was excellent! They had friendly staff, they sat us down quickly. The food also came out very quickly after we ordered.
The atmosphere is great. It’s very comfy, cozy, and welcoming. Very bright and the decor really adds onto the experience of the place.
I would definitely recommend and will be coming back as well!

Was seriously craving pho today, so I dragged the family here and wow, totally worth it. The soup was so good, craving satisfied! Prices are solid, portions hit the spot, and the servers were friendly. The vibe was great too, and my favourite Adele album was playing, so that pretty much sealed the deal. We all left happy and full. This place is officially our go‑to for Vietnamese cuisine. ☺️

Very fulfilled meal. Big portion. Good value for the price. I had grilled chicken and it is really grilled instead of pan fried in some other Vietnamese restaurants. However, the spring roll is more chewy than crispy. The pho is very tasteful. Definitely come back to try other dishes next time when I am nearby. Environment setting is very comfortable and doesn’t feel crowded. Just finding the parking is a bit of challenge though.

I had such a great experience at Lang Chai Vietnamese Cuisine! I ordered the #16 Rare Beef Pho and the #4 Fried Spring Rolls — both were absolutely delicious. The pho was flavorful and fresh, and the spring rolls were perfectly crispy. The service was amazing — friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was beautiful too; the interior is decorated so nicely, giving it such a cozy and inviting vibe. Definitely one of the best Vietnamese spots I’ve been to!

As someone who often comes here, the food is great. I often order the special pho. The broth is flavourful and hot, meat is good quality and portions are good. I am always left full after a bowl. I also love the generous amount of greens which makes the food look and taste better.
As for the service, it is good. They sit us down immediately and food comes decently fast.
The place is beautifully decorated and showcases a bit of the culture which is nice. Music isn’t too loud for conversations to take place but not too quiet for there to be silence. Overall, would recommend!
