I had an absolutely awful experience at the bowling alley last night, and I feel compelled to share it. First off, the place was in poor condition, but the real issue came from the behavior of the owner and her husband.
The owner was downright disrespectful, particularly toward the children who were there. She seemed completely uninterested in providing a welcoming or family-friendly atmosphere, and her attitude was off-putting. Her actions were unprofessional and frankly, inappropriate for a business that’s supposed to be for the community.
To make matters worse, her husband was visibly drinking on the job. It was clear he was intoxicated while working, which is completely unacceptable in any workplace, especially one where families and children are present. This only added to the uncomfortable vibe at the alley.
But the most bizarre part was when the owner began acting strangely toward my group of friends. She walked up to us, laughing in a very awkward and unsettling way, invading our personal space and making everyone feel uncomfortable. It honestly felt like she was trying too hard to get attention, and her actions just didn’t sit right with any of us.
I even recorded a video of the entire situation to capture the bizarre behavior, and when the staff saw it, they immediately got worried and started acting defensive. It was clear they knew their actions were inappropriate.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially families. The lack of professionalism, the owner’s rude behavior, and the fact that the staff is drinking on the job make it an awful experience. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place as well. It’s a shame because the concept of a local bowling alley could be great, but the way it’s run here is just terrible. Well knowing this comment won’t stay up long I will be coming on here everyday just to be that person to get the word around about how much of a disappointment and disaster this place brings along with the discomfort especially when I thought her husband was gonna put his hands on me. I also did post the video on a TikTok and it’s already going viral so comment if you want the username for it!

I came after a sporting event with a good dozen people, and there was but ONE staffer working. We all were hungry for lunch, and HE GOT IT DONE. The entire group and I had a very reasonable wait for a regular restaurant staff, let alone one man. The Alley is well kept, the bathrooms are very clean, and the food is good! Awesome place to nail some pins and get a bite. Five stars.

The place looks awesome people are friendly, it smells good, but the food, not so much, i had nachos and everything was microwaved, the meat was spoiled the sour cream came in a little packet half full of water, letus was brown, jalapeños were dried out and browning, the salsa had a funky smell, i ate about 3 bites kind of mindlessly while i was playing on my phone and something tasted off, so i looked at it, those three bites screwed my gut right up so as nice of a place it is, dont eat there.

So fro my first time there i was expecting it to be a lot better my aunt and my mom would always come here to do karaoke but i wasn’t impressed. There was great customer service but there was also multiple things wrong. First, the shoes had no grip at all so it was hard not to slide when you bowled. My uncle and my aunt both fell when they were going up to bowl both on there bad legs. We had to keep resetting the machines, and the pins kept on getting messed up.
