I love the warm open atmosphere. Pastries are large sized and delicious. Friendly workers and the day old pastries are $1 each for transamerica riders or CDT hikers to take with them for snacking later.

We didn’t even try to coffee or pastries- the cashier was rude! No hello or welcome, just a surly stare and apparently it was my fault for ordering the items suggested on the sandwich board at the entrance because, “We don’t know what that says, the afternoon crew writes that.” After getting through that the,”whatelse” from the cashier, as if we’re annoying him, was too much. We cancelled our order and walked out. Won’t be giving them another chance for a while and will be sure to tell others we know not to take the chance.

This is a really good bake shop. They have a solid breakfast menu. Had their “Paleo” meal option and it was really good! Their coffee is also good. The atmosphere is lively and busy. Check this place out. It’s a hot spot for a reason.
