Wow! This place is amazing!! It’s my new favorite for date night or girls night out. It’s pretty spendy but Costco recently had gift cards for sale ($100 worth for $75). My husband and I got the calamari to begin and it was cooked perfectly and so flavorful. The sauce on top is perfection. I appreciate they fry up some bell pepper with the calamari, too. Adds a nice flavor mix. My husband got a burger and said it was good and the fries were crisp and yummy. The last time we went, he got the surf and turf and the prawns with the coconut sauce was to die for. My go to is the Wagyu teriyaki steak. I’ve had it twice and each time it was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes are smooth and yummy. Finally, the creme brulee for dessert is a must! My mouth is watering just thinking about this meal.
The atmosphere was nice–make a reservation because it fills up fast on the weekend nights. The only down sides are the pricey alcoholic drinks (you don’t get very much in the glass, too) and the price of the meal can easily get close to, or over, $100 for two people. But if you have the means, it is SO worth the splurge!

Beautiful atmosphere and the booth was soft and had a good view of the surroundings. The host Brayson was inviting when we walked in and seated us with a smile. Our server Jacqueline was very friendly and recommended the sea bass which my wife had and it was delicious! My filet mignon was perfectly cooked as well as the lobster. The crab cakes were also a great appetizer! Amazing all around experience! We will definitely be back to try other menu items on our next date!

Our family had an exceptional dining experience at Land Ocean. Josiah provided truly outstanding service. He was gracious, patient, and remarkably understanding of our two special needs children, ensuring we felt welcomed and supported throughout our visit. When I asked for his personal recommendations and the restaurant’s top sellers, he was perfectly honest and thoughtful, which made selecting our meals both easy and enjoyable.
As a military family, I am not sure if they offer a military discount because we did not ask, but they did have a generously sized parking area that made things much easier and safer for us while managing our children’s needs.
I started with ordering the garlic cheesy bread and a Caesar salad, both of which were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I then ordered the Land and Ocean entrée with a 6oz sirloin and upgraded to the 8oz lobster, twice baked potatoes, and asparagus. Since asparagus is not my preference, Josiah substituted the side without hesitation. Our children loved their mac and cheese and fries, and my husband also ordered the Land and Ocean. Although his asparagus was accidentally omitted, he did not notice because the rest of his meal was exceptional.
The environment is beautiful, clean, and sophisticated, with art and architecture that feel intentionally curated. The thoughtful design creates a warm and elevated dining atmosphere that enhances the entire experience.
I tried calamari for the first time in my life, and I am genuinely grateful that my introduction to it was here because it was outstanding. My husband enjoyed the Grand Teton Amber Ale as well.

Wow, what a great surprise! This restaurant is top-notch! We came for brunch and my wife had the frittata which she really enjoyed. I had the huevos rancheros, and let me tell you… they were the ABSOLUTE BEST I’ve ever had EVER! (I am Latino and have tried plenty over the years).
BTW, our server Ashley was amazing! She was very sweet, friendly and went above and beyond. Oh, did I forget to say how much flavor the huevos rancheros had? Seriously, you have to try them! We can’t wait to come back so we can try lunch or dinner. Anyway, I highly recommend this place! If you’ve never been here you’ll be pleasantly surprised and you’ll definitely be coming back for more!

A fun place to have dinner or a drink. The restaurant is above usual dining in both style and menu. Meals appear to be chef crafted and the selection is varied and tasty. I don’t know if they serve this daily, but I was at a short, financial presentation and I had filet mignon and rice with veggies and and wassabi sauce and my wife had filet mignon in a cream sauce with pasta. Both were expertly prepared, though I liked hers better, only because I am not a fan of wassabi. We had hot tea to drink (two leaves and a bud brand) and a really high quality assortment is brought out in a wooden box. It was amazing and I’m going to be buying some soon. If you want to have a drink, there is a colorful, full bar in the center of the restaurant. I really like Land Ocean both for atmosphere and food quality. It is definitely in my top picks for Boise area restaurants.

The food was excellent but the service was just okay. I could understand if it was super busy in there, but it was not that busy. The French bread and butter were amazing. Would definitely order that again. Salad was very good. The Surf & Turf was yummy and the steak was made to order. It comes with this sweet coconut sauce that was delicious. Did not feel that it was too pricey compared to what you got and other similar places. I would definitely go back here again.

We ate at the bar during happy hour and our server was amazing! Food was pretty good as well. The wagyu slider could have used a pinch of salt and the crab cakes were a little dense. The garlic mussels, wellingtons, & tempura shrimp were excellent!

My husband and I went to Land Ocean in Meridian for the first time Friday night and we had an amazing time!! Food were delicious, we didn’t have to wait long at all for table and food! I want to shout out to Josiah, our amazing server, he was very friendly and gave great suggestions on food and the drinks to pair with our choice of food so well! Our starter was so good, we got Cheesy Garlic Bread paired with Spicy Garlic Mussels (recommended by Josiah) and it was Amazing!! My husband got Filet Mignon and I got Macadamia Nut Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, oh so good!! Highly recommend this place!!! 🙂
