I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH they were temporarily closed for summer break until the last week of September, and I’ve been waiting since school started for their return!!! They have quick service, an enormous menu (200+ items), and a small dining area (~20 indoor seats + 1 outdoor table). The pickled mustard & shredded pork noodle soup, enoki mushroom & shredded pork noodle soup, seafood noodle soup, and pork cabbage dumplings are standouts. I appreciate that adding spice is always an option. The noodle soup portions are large; the texture of the noodles varies, but they tend to be on the softer side and have less of the QQ texture I enjoy. The vegetable toppings on the noodle soups are so delicious. I especially like the potato and cabbage! The meats tend to be more chewy than tender, but still good. Overall, awesome place for a quick and delicious meal!

This summer I spent a month in Taiwan and have been missing the food terribly. Lan Zhou reminded me so much of the small little noodle shops with incredible food I grew to love while abroad. Their beef noodle soup was lovely- the greens on top were perfect and the beef was tender. I prefer a slightly more springy noodle, and these were very soft and tender- not my favorite, but I can’t complain.

Very good soup. I tried the spicy beef noodle soup since I assumed it to be their staple recipe. Broth and noodles were amazing. Taking one star off though due to the beef chunks being very tough and wouldn’t consider it top quality meat. Nonetheless this place was very good and I’m sure I’ll return solely for the noodles and broth. Nothing beats that!
EDIT: They upgraded their beef and I am impressed ! 5 stars in all aspects. A great meal, especially if you need some soup to clear your sinuses after a cold. Bravo.

We ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and Liu Zhou River Snail Noodle Soup. These were both delicious. Flavor has depth and blends well together. Fast service. We will definitely be back to try out their vast menu.
There was nothing fancy about the atmosphere. Gives authentic mom and pop restaurants in Asia there you just get a table. They bring the food out to you and clean it as well. Utensils are self serve.

Staff was friendly and service was FAST. We had the beef noodle soup which had great flavor beef was okay but it was perfect for this cold weather. Also had a tea Egg which was awesome and scallion pancakes could have used more scallions but all in all was good and will definitely come back !

Doing a college drop off and found this amazing gem. Not a lot of seating but if you can find a table get it to eat there so it is fresh. If not now worries, get it to go and find a spot on campus to enjoy. Either way you won’t be disappointed.

By far the best Chinese food I have had! The service was great and it had a warming feeling as we sat inside the restaurant. The food was amazing! I don’t know how the noodles are made but that was the best noodle I have had in the United States! I would recommend anyone to visit this restaurant the food was defiantly worth every penny!

It is small, with limited seating, and a little crowded.
