We recently had dinner at Lan Thai and it was a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into each dish. The portion sizes were generous, and everything from the curries to the noodles had that authentic homemade taste you don’t often find outside of Thailand.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with attentive service that made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The staff were friendly, quick to answer questions, and made sure everything came out just right.

I live within 5 minutes of this place and boy am I glad that’s the case. 3rd time going and it’s gotten better each time. I order chicken fried rice no veggies with level 2 spice and it’s the perfect plate of rice for my taste. My wife has ordered all the curries and we love all of them. Level 2 spice as well. Mango sticky rice is absolutely delicious to top it all off. Customer service was great, Tata walked our food to us and we spoke for a bit. Great guy. Can’t wait for the summer so we can eat on the patio and enjoy the weather again. 10/10

I decided to give them a try for my birthday dinner this year. Unfortunately I am very disappointed. The Pad Thai noodles were overcooked and all stuck together plus there was absolutely no kick to them. I can’t tolerate extremely spicy food so I usually order mild when I get Thai noodles. Mild usually has a bit of heat but won’t make my nose run. All the dishes I ordered seemed overly sweet and tasted the same. The mango and sticky rice ended up in the trash because the fruit was questionable. I spent over $100 to feed my family and totally regret ordering from this business. Next time I’ll do more research instead of depending on good reviews.

Lan Thai is a hidden gem that my wife and I are so glad we discovered! This food truck, which opened just a couple of months ago, serves up some of the most delicious Thai food we’ve had in a while. Every dish we tried was packed with authentic flavors, leaving us eager to return for more.
The ambiance is perfect for the experience. The traditional Asian vibe combined with the cozy outdoor seating area makes for a welcoming atmosphere. We especially appreciated the heaters, which kept us comfortable even on a chilly evening.
The prices are mostly reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of the food. That said, the $2.50 charge for a can of soda felt a bit steep, but this small detail doesn’t overshadow how great everything else was. The food itself is definitely worth every penny.
Lastly, the employees were fantastic! Not only were they amazing cooks who clearly take pride in their craft, but they were also incredibly friendly and easy to chat with, adding a personal touch to the dining experience.
Lan Thai is an absolute must-try for anyone in the area. My wife and I can’t wait to go back! Five stars all the way.

I have ordered from here several times and yesterday I was craving green curry and it was just AMAZING! I’m dreaming of that green curry again. Delicious food, quick service and nice outdoor seating if you choose to be outside. It was pretty delicious for the price as well and you get quite a bit!

This is a food truck located beside Highway 79 and is surrounded by farms. If you like the outdoors while having a delicious Thai meal, this is the place especially when the weather is good. They have a gas fire place too when it’s cold. Love this place.
