L’Amoré made our daughter’s birthday absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely excited to help us celebrate – they even surprised her with a little dessert and sang Happy Birthday, which made her night.
The food was outstanding. Everything was fresh and full of flavor, but the calamari stole the show – hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly tender, practically melts in your mouth, with the crispiest, lightest coating. We’re still talking about it days later!
If you’re looking for delicious Italian food served with big smiles and real heart, L’Amoré is the place. We’ll be back very soon – thank you for making our celebration so memorable!

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at La Amore Italian Restaurant!

We recently hosted a large family celebration at La Amore Italian Restaurant in Scottsdale for our daughter’s wedding, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable — perfect for such a special occasion.

The service was phenomenal — every server was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making our evening unforgettable. The owners even came out to personally greet and serve us, which made the experience feel like true red-carpet treatment. Every detail was handled beautifully.
And the food — absolutely delicious! Every dish was bursting with flavor, from the appetizers to the desserts. You could truly taste the love and care in every bite.

We can’t thank the La Amore team enough for going above and beyond to make our celebration so memorable. It was an evening we’ll never forget!

Our friends organised a lovely dinner on the patio, and we were blown away by the food, service, and overall experience. The owners personally came out to greet us and seemed like the most warm and kind people! We love Italian food and can say this is easily the best Italian restaurant in Phoenix. Definitely book a table on the patio!

I have to say I really enjoyed my dinner night here at L’amore. The service was great! Austin was our server and he was superb. The ambiance with live music was so welcoming with dinner. Oh and the food was absolutely delicious! I mean it. I enjoyed the appetizer to the entree. This is a great place to go for date night or dinner. The owners are on deck and mingle and welcome all. This is one of the Italian restaurants that I will be visiting again. Date night, dinner or just out with friends. Try it…you’ll like it!

Excellent atmosphere, great service.
My wife ordered halibut with lemon caper sauce, fish dry and all you could taste was lemon capers mostly just capers. Mussels were metalic tasting I ate like 4. Wife managed three bites of fish, spinach had a burnt taste to it (was inedible) pasta side was served cold and flavorless.
We let the manager know, he wanted to know if we wanted to take it home, I said no I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.
He still charged $55.00 for fish that my wife could only eat maybe two bites of.
We will never return. Oh and pizza crust sucked, too much flour, Burnt on bottom. We will never return.
Place needs new manager and definitely new cook. Presuming bald gentleman was manager.

Made a reservation online and mentioned it was a birthday celebration. Mentioned it once again in person when we arrived. Nothing was done for my wife to celebrate her birthday…she was definitely disappointed. Food was good not great. Paid $150 for three people before tip.

Forgot about this place but glad I realized it is still there. Quality authentic Italian food. Started with the steamed clams which came in a generous portion in a fabulous wine sauce. This dish alone is worth a visit. My entree was the Pasta al Pomodoro. Large portion, served steaming hot which I like. The sauce was sweet, zesty, and flavorful. One of my favorite sauces around. The waiter was professional and the owner or manager came to our table to see how we were doing. The food times were a little slow but I will give them a pass since they were very busy and friendly.

Found this place on google maps. Had a big Ironman race and wanted pasta. We called the restaurant and the lady told me she could fit my wife, our 9 month old and myself. The parking was good and walked right in and got sat immediately by a nice lady I assume is the owner. The place was busy and the atmosphere was loud but enjoyable. They served the best bread which we ate 3 loves of and the service was by far one of the best experiences. On top of that the food was to die for. Our dishes were all so good. Everyone there was so nice and the owners checked on us multiple times. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. This place needs to be shared with everyone.

Absolutely delicious! Everything was well seasoned, well balanced, and perfectly cooked. I started with the mussels for appetizer with the white wine garlic sauce…my husband and I absolutely demolished them! Their pasta faziole soup is the beat I have ever had. I had the short rib pappardelle which was worth every bite. The meat was insanely tender and it was the perfect marriage of the red wine sauce with alfredo. My husband had the cioppino which was packed with the most delicious seafood medley. Tiramisu is some of the best…super light and delicate. Staff is fantastic. The guy who filled our water had the most impressive pour…nothing I have ever seen before. Everyone was so friendly, polite, and attentive. I also appreciate that the owner is very in tune with what is going on and checks in frequently to ensure your food and experience is on point. An absolute hidden gem for really really good Italian.

My wife and I had a great meal here.
Chicken Piccata and the chicken Marsala were top notch. We shared a slice of lemon cake for desert and it was light and delicious.

It’s always a nice touch for the owner of a restaurant to stop by each table to make sure his patrons are happy and satisfied. Our waiter Larry provided great service and always kept our glasses full.
