They had so many items to choose from – a lady helped me decide. The food was delicious! I got mochi mochi, and it was incredible. I got a strawberry latte as well and it was very tasty. Wonderful place to visit! 🙂 They also have cute heart shaped straws. The prices were very good as well.

I am someone who always stops by a Korean bakery in Annandale or Centerville every week to buy bread. Lami is the best, both in terms of taste and price. However, what is disappointing is that the bread variety is monotonous.
Some reviews say they are only friendly to Koreans, but from my experience as a regular customer, it’s because their English isn’t perfect and they don’t know what to do. Don’t misunderstand.

The cakes are great but in the past year or so the prices went up from $25 to $42. I was there two weeks ago and I asked to woman who seemed to be the manager of the place if they raised the price. She said yes. I said but this is too expensive and you might loose customers. She said oh well. That’s ok. Funny thing is that while I was there three sets of people came, saw the price and left. Sadly we will not be buying from them anymore since the price simply doesn’t make sense.

I LOVE this place. Staff are so friendly. The cakes/frosting is supposed to be light and airy.. it’s a French style bakery. I’ve purchased at least 6 cakes (including a large “roll” cake) from this location for various occasions and they’re always crowd pleasers. For bigger events, I have to get 2-3 cakes because they are small and guests want seconds.
If you want a sugary cake with heavy frosting, go to Costco or Wegmans.
