Historic bar and restaurant inside the St. James Hotel. This place is a regular spot for us. Very nicely decorated building. Food is outstanding and the portions served are almost on the “to much” side. Bullet holes still present in the ceiling tile from the old days.

Good food, reasonable-ish price. Nachos were great. Reuben was mid but not bad.

I had to stop and try the Bison Burger! It did not dissprint. Waitstaff was friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices and great atmosphere.

This place is amazingly beautiful and charming! It’s old fashion west magic! ❤️ it’s located inside the St James Hotel in Cimarron. the service was really good and fast. Food was tasty, portions were huge, and they have an delicious menu for desserts. Including some of my favs “old fashioned bread pudding” and “Sunday brownies”. The menu has all the basics salads, hamburgers, and entries (salmon, chicken, and steak). They have a full bar, and plenty of seating for small and large parties. If you are around you won’t regret trying this one out! The kids menu is one of the best for travel dinning

Beautiful atmosphere and decent food. The fish tacos are very good, I would recommend them. I would not recommend any of the chicken dishes, as everyone in my party that ordered chicken contracted salmonella the following day. That being said, it’s a really cool place and the service was quick.

The restaurant is very historic and is located in the St James hotel and was built in the 1800s. They offer dinner and lunch and have a good selection of food. However they were not serving breakfast at the time of my visit during August of 2023. I would recommend the 8oz New York strip steak and the Skillet Cookie Sundae. Service was great and I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone traveling through Cimarron or the general area.

I loved the “adult” Mac and cheese. Beverage selection is very good for this part of the country. Server repeatedly forgot request for water and would have sold me another beer if she had remembered my request for a second one with my meal. The wisecracking about keeping my credit card was tasteless and not funny.Maybe that works with male clientele, but it really out me off.

Food was delicious, and reasonably priced. The mac and cheese warmed my soul. Very fun to browse around too, excellent restoration, tons of art and history on the walls.
