Every single time we go to this place it’s busy and the staff is amazing. They are always patient and kind. The donuts are amazing. Always a great variety. They do sell out pretty quickly.

Never going to this location again!!! We picked up an online order and came home. Then we realized they messed up our order. The manager was rude and did nothing to correct her mistake. She either didn’t know the process of how to grant a refund or was too lazy. She said technically you received some donuts so I can’t refund you (doesn’t matter that they were completely wrong and not what we ordered/wanted). We ended up throwing it away and just wasting money. Worst customer service I’ve received in quite some time. Definitely some management issues that should be promptly addressed and corrected by the owner as this appears to be a trend in recent reviews. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this location.

Donut lovers everywhere, run to your nearest La Mars! These guys know how to make a donut, and in so many varieties it will make your head spin…and after all isn’t that why we eat donuts? I like to buy a dozen and take them home and freeze them so I have a continuing supply to enjoy with my early morning coffees. Gone are the days when I can sit down and make the box disappear in one sitting, but…life is still good!

I will never come to this place again. $30 for six donuts is insane. Nothing special about the donuts other than the price. All I got was six glaze, 2 chocolate iced and one cream filled. $30!!! Do not come here unless you want to get taken advantage of like I did. Support smaller donuts shop as the quality is the same if not better and prices are reasonable. I purchased feom the Englewood/Lone Tree location but I’m leaving the review on all locations because I’d hate for this to happen to anyone else. Lamar donuts gotta make this right and not just reply to this with their generic apology.

We stopped by Saturday morning early, around 730a. Store was well stocked, well staffed, and clean. The staff took great care of us and were very polite. They even took the time to prepare a made to order glazed donut with icing and sprinkles! Will for sure be coming back and visiting this location again. Thanks for making a great treat morning.

Yesterday was national donut day. My kids and I were driving home and saw 2 gentlemen holding up free donuts sign so we decided to stop in. When entering one of the employees grabbed the door for us. Another one behind the counter told us good morning and yet another was standing behind a table full of fresh donuts and handed us all one. They even got us water and a bag for the donut we didn’t finish! I told my husband how shocking the service was. And they were so kind! Makes you want to only give business to them when going for donuts! Over and above exceptional service!!!!

I haven’t been to this store in a long time and I was disappointed. I spent over $31 for a dozen donuts which included two cinnamon rolls that are pricy but they are usually very good. Well this time there was very little cinnamon in them and had no taste at all! Next time I want one, I will go to Cinnabon!
