We walked and really found the restaurant decor welcoming and comfortable. Unfortunately, a number of staff members ignored us. Finally the one person who was running around treated us and sat us.
The server was very nice and helpful. We started with the Calamari. I couldn’t eat it as it was very tough and rubbery. It also had a fryer taste.
The Chicken Marsala was tasty. We each ordered that dish and both enjoyed it.
For dessert we each had a spumoni ice cream. It came covered in chocolate and had a very decorative plate. It was the best dish we had.
Overall the best thing here was the cozy atmosphere and the helpful server.

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Even their To Go containers were nice! We tried the Pollo Arrabiata, Rigatoni all Vodka, and Bruchetta alla Romana. Everything was so flavorful. This is our new favorite Italian restaurant in Ventura. We’ll definitely be back!

I went here on a weekday night and the atmosphere inside and out was nice. The staff were also quite nice too. Unfortunately, the food, wait time for the food, price and experience were not good. I had ordered the lasagna and it was extremely bland. The sauce had very little flavor and there was not enough cheese between layers. I had to put hot sauce on the table just so I could taste more than the meat of the lasagna to bring out the flavor of the tomato sauce. There was not enough seasoning or garlic in it. Bread was taken out to us but it wasn’t very much. The lasagna was almost $20 by itself and no vegetables, soup or salad was provided. It was just the disappointing dish. I do not recommend going here.

Lovely patio area, great service, nice portions. Fettuccine Alfredo was rich but not heavy, with the perfect amount of garlic, and most importantly, the noodles were perfectly al dente. I’ll be coming back to try their other food.

Just wonderful! Fresh ingredients. My salmon was absolutely fantastic with the caper berries. Don’t miss the enormous delicious tartuffo spumoni. Molto fantastico!

My husband and I always shop at the Vons in the same shopping center and decided to give them a try. Natalie welcomed us and was very friendly. When we told her it was our first time there she offered some recommendations. One of them was the Linguine alla Di Avola which my husband loved. The noodles were fresh, scallops were delicious and the serving was more than enough that my husband had to take the rest home. I had the chicken parmigiana which was great. We also got the Calamari Fritti which could easily serve three people and was excellent. Great service and great food, we will be dining there again.

One of the best italian foods i’ve tried. Been going here for a while and is definitely one of my favorites. You can really taste the quality of the pasta and how fresh it is. Employees are super nice and funny.

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Mostly really yummy food. Great menu variety for vegetarians and gluten-free people. I had the Chicken arribiata and my husband had the lasagna. Prices are reasonable. We will return.!
