Come to Lalibela for incredibly delicious Ethiopian food! We got the combination platter and everything was super flavorful and tasty. Their injera is the softest and fluffiest I’ve ever had. Try the spiced tea for a cozy beverage that feels like Christmas. This spot is perfect for date night!

If you are looking for authentic Ethiopian food in
OMAHA, just go to Lalibela. The taste of their food is great and authentic. The spiciness is so balanced, I was blown away to still get the natural Ethiopian food taste.
Great food is accompanied by great service with natural Ethiopian smile and politeness. I go to this place everytime I have the craving for my native food and I have never been disappointed. It is always worth every penny.

This was my first time trying Ethiopian food, and I was blown away! Everything was absolutely delicious and so flavorful. If you’re looking to try something different and incredibly tasty, I highly recommend this place. The portions are generous—definitely big enough to share if you want—so keep that in mind. The service was amazing, and the staff were so welcoming. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

That was quite a interesting place experience with greens and a traditional authentic experience .. combination platter is for couple
Or families who do not mind sharing the food as the authentic experience is to share and eat the food together .. that is what the combination plate is ordered for .. perfect for a couple and expect some Ethiopian spices. The various types of tastes will be a mix of some bland , greens , lentils and meats.

Good for a couple.

I absolutely love this place. The owners are so so nice! The combo platter is my favorite and usually is enough food for two. You can call ahead for take out! Always so fresh and so delicious! It’s my favorite place to go! They only have bottled drinks so prepare for that. Other wise it is my favorite place in Omaha.

The food was very tasty and was definitely authentically Ethiopian cuisine. I particularly loved the spiced vegetables and the Ethiopian flat bread. The bread was perfectly textured – soft and moist. The waitress patiently explained what the different dishes were on the plate. My friend and I ordered a combination of both meat and vegetables. The serving size for two people was very generous. My only slight criticism was the fact the restaurant didn’t offer a free glass of water. Diners have to order bottled water if they so desire. We also ordered Ethiopian hot, spiced tea which was delicious but a tad bit too sweet. Overall, it was a good dinning experience at this restaurant! In terms of the degree of how hot the food is (spice wise), I would rate it a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 be the highest. This is very welcoming for people whom cannot tolerate very hot, spicy food.
