There was no line around 11am on a Thursday morning. Some selection of croissants and pastries but of course not all that they post on instagram Desserts are delicious as well as great tasting coffee! Parking nearby, some tables inside and outside. Pricy but they somewhat stand out so I think it’s worth a try!

This spot definitely blew up on social media for their extravagant pastries and I gotta say their pastries taste as great as they look. They are for sure a treat both regarding the price and decadent taste. Do expect a line on the weekends, but with the right mindset it’s not a problem.

I had been reading the amazing reviews and had to try them in Newton. We went this past Sunday and just by seeing the line and how their customer service was I knew I couldn’t go wrong. I got home and couldn’t wait to taste them and I’m in love and recommend the Nutella Banana croissants. Can I say I stood in my kitchen and devoured half of it. So crunchy and so much flavor! It reminded me of the desserts in Paris, so go try them out You won’t regret . Going back Sunday and not sure what to try next ❤️

Absolutely incredible selection of croissants, yes there can be a bit of a wait on the weekend but it’s worth it if you’re a true croissant lover. The other pastries they offer are also really good, love the cinnamon bun. Only wish I lived closer so I could stop by more often

I was super excited to stop by this place on our way to Boston. I’ve seen a lot of videos on Instagram and it looks delicious! It’s a small, cute cafe with a lot of unique pastries flavors/designs. The people at the front were really friendly. I was a little disappointed because they didn’t have several of the things shown on Instagram available for purchase which was the whole reason I stopped by. In the end I got the pistachio and Nutella banana croissants. The croissants themselves were huge and both stuffed with a filling and had some toppings as well. The pistachio was SO good. I loved how light the cream inside was, there were pieces of nuts on the top and it was a great bite. I’d definitely get it again 5/5. The Nutella banana was good but just too chocolatey for me. I thought there would be a little more banana aspect to it and the banana on top was like a dehydrated one so very crunchy. Which was good! I probably wouldn’t get this one again. They had a lemon meringue one that I really wish I would have gotten and would get if I went back. It is pretty pricy for croissants but they are very decadent so fun for once in a while. Overall it was a good experience and I’d definitely come back.

We arrived at 8am, there were already 10 people in front of us. The shop didn’t opened until 8:20 but once they opened the line moved quickly. Our fav was pistachio and strawberry. The texture was soft, flaky and chewy. They were definitely more on the expensive side but it’s worth it once in awhile.

Absolutely delicious! Quite the wait, 2 hours spent in line. I was struggling to decide what to drink and landed on the house made peach soda. I’m so glad that I did. It was incredible. My husband got the Thai tea, which was my second choice, and we were not excited about it, not bad, but lacking flavor. Maybe the hype was slightly exaggerated, but overall, everything was so yummy.

I had a really negative experience at Lakon Paris Patisserie. After waiting in line for 1.5 hours, there was nothing left to buy by the time I got to the front. To make matters worse, they were pre-selling butter cube croissants, and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get them hoping that would be something super tasty. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of responsibility towards customers waiting in line for so long, despite their fancy pastries and croissants being advertised on Instagram. The prices were exorbitant, and the butter croissants did not live up to their hype – they were just simple croissants that can be found in any other stores. Overall, it was an extremely irksome experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent pastries and croissants- probably one of the best in MA. The eclairs and opera cake for example are truly outstanding. However – if you go during the weekend -expect to wait a very long time and then question the worth of what you get against the time you have spent.

We waited in line for two hours ending up with only having four special croissant options to choose from. They did give us free hot chocolate shots in the middle while waiting in line which was really sweet. Yet, the person who worked there told us they would give us regular updates but we didn’t hear any more updates from them which was disappointing. The service was also really slow so the line moved extremely slowly. The croissants were beautiful and pretty tasty. I do think they were not that flaky. I don’t think they were worth the two hour wait. We also tried the panna cotta and that was heavenly especially because it was grapefruit flavored. Wouldn’t recommend the hot chocolate with skimmed milk because it tasted like water. I think this place would be nicer if it limited special croissants per person to one or two because the people in front of us took so many while there was still a really long line of people outside. It just didn’t seem fair.
