Drove a few times from RI specifically to this bakery. They are running of many items very quickly. Glad that we can order some items prior and pick up on weekends. A bit on expensive side. The special croissants are great! Love their pastries too, not crazy about their cinnamon buns. Would be nice if they add more layered pastries like opera cake that offer more texture.

Friends have graciously shared with me during a quick visit to Boston. It is so delicious!!! The flakiness of the pastries and the perfect capture of savory and sweet still stays with me. They certainly specialize in croissants!

Although I haven’t walked in here in person, the packaging of the pastries speaks to the elegance and care that is put into baking these pastries! I’ve been so blessed!

This place is an absolute gem. We ordered a pistachio mascarpone croissant and monkey bread with double espressos. The croissant was absolute perfection! It was incredibly beautiful, with flavor to match. Delicate and rich, without being overly sweet. The monkey bread was delicious as well, though the croissant was definitely the star of the show.

Got there early and it seems I just beat the crowd. Wanted to try everything in display, but had to calm myself..
Must try at any bakery is the plain butter croissant. $4.50 love the rich buttery flavor, texture however was dense rather than flakey crisp I was expecting.
Pistachio croissant $9.50 heavenly pistachio creme fillings! Not overly sweet, just perfectly fluffy creme. Again the croissant seemed not as airy, perhaps it has to be heavier texture to complement all the glaze and nut toppings. Regardless it was our favorite of all we tried today.
Hazelnut cube croissant $9.50 this from the photos intrigued me the most. Rich chocolate covered cube was more like a pains au chocolat than croissant. It sure was packed with rich decadent flavor but was it worth $9.50 price tag? Not quite sure.
Basque cheesecake $9 creamy cheesecake with hint of sour note, but wish it were little more burnishy?
Ham & cheese croissant $6 was perfect for breakfast with coffee.
French roast coffee $3.25
Only 2 tables available for dining in. This location seems to work for takeout only, and parking is scarce.

Wow these croissants are amazing and I can see why they are viral. Ttied the chocolate hazelnut cube, pistachio, chocolate and egg croissants. We got there 5 minutes before it opened on a Saturday and there was already a line. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors.

Way overpriced. Bread was not fresh and stale; I ordered pretty classic flavors but it tasted really weird. I got the pistachio filling bread but the filling tasted like cinnamon, cardamom, and raisin. The chocolate croissant bread didn’t pull like it should but it ripped off. Stale bread. The staff were very nice , it’s just what they said the pastry would taste like wasn’t what it actually tasted like. Ended up going to a different place down the road.

Went there for the strawberry cheesecake croissant, they didn’t have it or any really good options. They have a seasonal menu apparently and we did go around 2pm and it was just what they had left. The passion fruit eclair wasn’t great, and it was stale. We got the strawberry shortcake and it seemed to be fresh, and it had real strawberries so it was pretty good. Small shop, pretty cute. It was just us in the shop so it was a little awkward with the silence of the employees. Overall, it was an ok experience. We may have just went too late in the day.

Nice little bakery with great variety of pastries (mostly croissants). We tried 4 different ones and 3 of them were amazing. The only con is a high price if you have a big family. It’s $10/piece. Other than that I would visit more often.

Pretty and delicious pastries. I really like the almond croissant, not too sweet just enough. They have other beautiful pastries (flower shaped) Small location they have 2 small tables inside and a couple tables outside. Mostly take out.

This place really lived up to the hype. The pastry was flaky, freshly made and the filling was light not too sweet or buttery. My favorite was pistachio croissant. Have to try the flattened version yet.

If you plan to go here, keep in mind there’s no parking, the space inside is tiny there’s literally 2 tables there. (Newton location)
We were a large group and took the pastries to go.
Will definitely be back.
