My husband and I celebrated our 5th anniversary at Lakeside Restaurant. The atmosphere, food, and service was top notch. We started our dining experience with the pimento cheese and fried saltines. It was so delicious and plenty for my husband and I. Our entrees were the Filet Mignon with Cowboy Butter and the Chicken Forestiere. Both entrees were cooked beautifully and tasted divine. We added the Aparagus with Lemon Aioli, 3 Cheese Mac, and the Whipped Potatoes as our sides (we added an extra because my hubby couldn’t decide). All 3 were delightful but our favorite was the asparagus! We ended our meal with the Butterscotch Pot de Creme that was silky and smooth. The texture, flavor, and consistency was spot on! The service was amazing and the timing for the meal was quite fast, without being too fast! The experience dining at Lakeside Restaurant was well worth the drive and price. We are Pinedale locals and will definitely be back!

Food was overpriced for what it was, but the views and service made up for it. The staff went above and beyond to get us seated and our server was too-notch. Wish their hours were better. Recommend making a reservation.

A charming little spot with good food and craft beer. We had steaks. Nice view of the lake and the marina. It was not crowded but service was unexpectedly slow and somewhat disorganized. They were very nice and attentive once they got things sorted.

Beautiful place to eat, if the service was a little better and the food was a lot better. New owners just aren’t quite hitting the mark for such a great restaurant location and potential.

We made a reservation to enjoy our 27th anniversary. The SERVICE was top notch and the atmosphere was very enjoyable but inside seating has NO airflow and got extremely humid and warm. We had the Ribeye’s and a couple of sides, yuk on the steaks.
Inside temp got so warm that we had to go outside 1/2 way through our meal to cool off. The server said that there isn’t any way to get any air in there, sorry. Outside was a different story, nice and clear air next to the lake was EXTEMLY beautiful. BTW, all the outside tables were taken so we couldn’t move.
Long story short, we finished our drinks and $250.00 bucks later, we took 2/3’s of our steaks home and couldn’t even down them there. We will not be going back.

We only went for drinks and desert. $40.00 dollars for store bought cinnamon cheesecake and a Butterscotch creme brulee , that was stale with no Butterscotch flavor . Tired of this place always changing hands , and product quality standards are not being met . Please get it fixed right away .
