I haven’t been here for years, and it’s as good as I remember. Great atmosphere, good food at a fair price, and friendly service. I enjoy sitting out on the patio overlooking the lake. The service is usually a little slower out of the patio, but the views and beautiful weather can make it worth it. We tried a variety of things, and everyone enjoyed their meal.
They have a good amount of parking and clean bathrooms. The dock and kids play area are a nice touch for families. We saw the fire pit out of the patio also, which would be really enjoyable in the evenings. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area.

The food here used to be so good and actually affordable. They removed my favorite item from the menu with no similar alternative. I decided just to get a basic Caesar salad to bring home and when I opened it to eat it, the lettuce was all red and gross. I’m already making chicken at home because $20 for a chicken salad is CRAZY. But the fact I spent $13 for some rotten lettuce is disgusting. Make better food or lower your prices. But the two aren’t jiving hand in hand.

Busy weekend. Snowmobile races. We had pizza and appetizers. Nice change from the normal pizza houses Nationwide. The prices were fair. Salads were awesome. We’ll have to come back for the prime rib dinner. It looks good coming out of the kitchen

We attended a wedding their on Saturday night. I was blown away. The food was top notch and the service was excellent. There was 320 people there and we were served an amazing meal. The food was hot and delicious. We had pork chops and were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was beautiful. Their employees served the room like a fine oiled machine. I even talked with the owner and chef. They definitely put their heart and soles into their business!

Wonderful surprise. Chance Google maps search to stop after 6 hours on the road. Erik was a very nice polite and patient young man. Food was really good. My route to see family will be changed to include a stop here again in the summer.

Enjoyed our experience at lakeside. View is fabulous. Often when a place has a killer view the food is sub par. I loved the Asian salad. There was a slight mishap with my hubbies pizza but it all worked out and the staff was lovely. Would definitely stop again.

So to start, we ordered prime rib, medium rare, with a side loaded potato. When the food came, the prime rib was cold, no horseradish. We were told the horseradish was made in house (ok so whip some up?). and the carrots half cooked. We also order the chicken special, waitress needed to be reminded we ordered it.
We needed her to bus the table before we received our dessert but instead we got asked to move the plates when it came.

The food has really gone downhill the last couple years… I had the walleye sandwich recently and it was the worst, most fishy tasting walleye I think I have ever had…. Makes me think this fish is sourced across seas and is frozen. For an $18 sandwich the walleye should not taste like that. My husband’s steak was decent. Either way, super disappointing because they have a phenomenal location and good staff… hopefully they rethink their food.
