I visited this restaurant with my family and we had an excellent experience. Everything was perfect, from the food to the service. The dishes were delicious and well prepared, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The atmosphere was warm and enjoyable, which made our family meal even more special. Everything was clean and well organized.
The prices were very reasonable and the value for money was outstanding. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

I just ate here today and everything was awesome! I got the biscuits and gravy, and it was SO good! They have the best gravy! I also got hash browns. I really like the way they do their hash browns. Mine were evenly browned and crisp on both sides. Don’t miss this place!

Went 3 days after their soft opening. This is the 3rd restaurant in the same location in the last 2 years or so. We enjoyed the Wooden Spoon (first one) but, the next was not up to par.
The Lakeland Diner is a wonderful improvement. Great atmosphere as a diner. Jennifer, our server, was pleasant, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food?

Do not avoid going. There was 3 of us, all ordering different fare. We were all very pleased with the food, the portions and service.
The menu is a mix of the typical diner fare and Greek cuisine.
We had the “diner” food. The fried okra was the best I ever have had.
I can’t wait to try the Greek food.
UPDATE:
The Greek food was disappointing. I ordered the Gyro.
Very plain, a couple slices of tomato. The tzatziki sauce was sparse and, for some reason, they put the French fries in the gyro.
It was also cold. I was surprised and expected much better.
HOWEVER, the diner fare is very good and I recommend the place for that food.

Our second time here in two days. Our waitresses, Sandra and April were both great. Our breakfasts ( pancakes, omelette) we’re very good and a good value. The interior has just been renovated. My wife and I both highly recommend the Lakeland Diner.

Went for my first time today! Sandy served us, and she was great! Very helpful to all my questions on new menu items, and making us feel welcome! I had the country fried steak breakfast, wife had the Greek Omelette. Both were delicious and arrived quickly!

The waitress was friendly. That was the only positive. Had the country fried steak meal with mashed potatoes & gravy as well as French fries. Was not impressed unfortunately. I wanted so bad to like this restaurant as it’s close to us but today wasn’t it! The gravy was way too thick, looked liked a glob of chocolate, and the flavor wasn’t good. The fries looked like Walmart brand fries from the frozen food section. The country fried steak flavor & quality wasn’t good either. Plus they charge you EXTRA if you pay with a card. We were spoiled by the excellent quality of Dwayne’s Place and since his restaurant left nothing has even come close to the quality he served. Unfortunately we won’t be back here

The eggs are huge and very tasty, and the portions are big. The service is very fast and the staff is great. If you like good omelets, this is the place. I’ll be here every morning!
