We finally tried this place today & I definitely recommend. Our server was so friendly & the view of the lake across the street is beautiful.
They have daily specials:
Monday- Buy one, Get one 50% off entrees
Tuesday- Half off apps
Wednesday- Single burger and a draft beer for $15 (you can upgrade for a few dollars to the double patty burger)
Thursday- $2 off drafts and half off glasses of wine
Friday- Free dessert with each entree purchase
Sunday- Buy one, Get one free pasta
Also, they have prosecco on draft and lots of local and domestic taps!
The fried pickles are pickle fries (so much better than the typical coin shape fried pickle).
We are looking forward to going back and trying more menu options!

We are here visiting our daughter on a short term rotation so she wasn’t alone for the holiday. What a gift the Thanksgiving dinner was with such a beautiful view! And Justin was our server – extra thankful for her kindness!

This is such a beautiful place. The interiors are extremely beautiful. And the view of the magnificent Lake Michigan from this restaurant is truly spectacular… the food was delicious ( especially the mushroom croquettes), and the cocktails were fantastic. The chef was kind enough to make some special vegetarian sandwiches as 50% of our friend circle did not eat meat and requested for the sandwiches instead. Very pleased with our server’s patience as well. ..we had an amazing evening.. we shall be coming back again soon …

Great Service That Makes You Want to Come Back
I stopped by this restaurant during lunchtime a few weeks ago, just as they were getting ready to close before dinner service. I used to come here years ago when it was Mansion Grill, so being back in town, I wanted to check it out again. It’s been over a decade, but I’m glad I made the stop.
This time, I was actually the only person in the restaurant, and I ordered the salmon Caesar salad, it was decent, and the salmon was a healthy size. The reason I say just decent is because it lacked seasoned flavor, and I had to try to flavor it myself. However, it was cooked overall perfectly. I also had an IPA beer, which was very good.
But what really stood out wasn’t the food, it was the service. The young man working the bar was excellent. His conversation, attentiveness, and overall demeanor made the place feel warm, friendly, and inviting. He’s truly a great asset to the establishment and a big reason I’ll definitely return. Service like that makes all the difference. Awesome job, he gets 5+ stars alone!

I would literally come back for a vacation in Michigan JUST for this restaurant. I love the lights outside at night. Unfortunately, we came after sunset so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake, but the lights outside were a nice touch. I have never been to a restaurant where you can order a ribeye and butter chicken at the same place. A dream come true for this couple!! Food was amazing. We didn’t order drinks but the table next to us did and they looked fun!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Lakehouse restaurant. Our server Sy’ria was attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the evening without being intrusive. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was quiet and truly pleasant, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. Our server Syria was incredible! She was warm, attentive and made the whole experience feel special. She checked on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly. The food was great, but Syria is what truly made our visit a 10/10. If you stop in, definitely ask for her she’ll take amazing care of you.

My daughter and I came here specifically to see the sunset. The restaurant is right next to a Holiday Inn. No one was outside on the patio. We requested it. We both ordered the same meal: chopped steak. It came with a brown gravy, onions and mushrooms. I got a baked potato which was very soft. She got mashed tatoes covered with brown gravy. It came with zucchini and summer yellow squash. We started with creamy potato soup. We were happy with all the food. There were only two problems. 1. It was extremely windy and the temp had dropped. Had to run to the car for extra jackets. But we solved our problem. 2. The small bees came out looking for food, typical for September. Just a slight nuisance.
We had gotten there too early which was good and bad. Good because they got really busy. Bad because it got colder and windier. We ended up finishing our meal and going in the car to wait for sunset. Then we walked across the street to catch that beautiful sunset. Lovely evening.
