Both fruit and cheese trays had mold on the berries. And the boiled eggs had a piece of eggshell left in. Absolutely mind blowing how bad it has to be to miss this stuff. Unfit for consumption.

Wine was good, we tried two different varieties. The bruschetta was good with a little different take, and the atmosphere was relaxing. A nice place for a quick glass with decent selection.

Service excellent.
Apples and Brie waffle was laughable. Brie piece was smaller than dab of butter. Unacceptable.

Lake Wine at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (Terminal 1) is a cozy and well-stocked wine bar and shop, perfect for a relaxing break during travel. I enjoyed browsing their nice selection of wines, snacks, and local products. The atmosphere was calm, and the staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. It’s a great spot to unwind with a glass or grab a thoughtful gift before your flight. Highly recommended if you appreciate good wine and a quiet corner in a busy airport.

4.3 stars is absolutely laughable. If it weren’t for the $15 vouchers from United covering most of our meal, this might be the most disappointing airport meal I’ve ever had.

“Roasted peach salad” = Canned peaches that were never anywhere near a roasting apparatus, canned corn, “riced cauliflower” totally absent. Everything utterly devoid of flavor.

“Chardonnay Scallops” – inedible orzo. Completely flavorless and tasted of burnt plastic. “Wilted greens” = raw undressed arugula. I have no idea what was supposed to be “Chardonnay buerre blanc” on this plate – the scallops were of an acceptable texture, but mysteriously tasted kind of like curry?

Save your money, and go somewhere else in the airport to be utterly disappointed, without paying this much for the privilege.

I stopped by for lunch and enjoyed the “Baguette” sandwich, which included a smaller hot sandwich with pork loin, ham, and manchego with a side of salad greens with vinaigrette for $14. I was very pleased with the quality and value. My meal exceeded expectations for airport dining.
