Locally owned and operated Brewpub. We specialize in high quality meats smoked low and slow. We serve not just our own craft beer, but many from all over the US. Our taproom offers over 20 crafts beers with 12 pour your own. We are conveniently located just minutes outside of Marquette, right on the bike and snowmobile trail. This place makes the whole neighborhood smell so good with their specialty of smoked meats! You can just drive by but have to stop and eat! Great food great service! I was able to try the smoked chicken wings (fabulous!) and the brisket sandwich! I’m going back this next week to eat another item or 2 on there amazing menu!

I ordered the prime rib rare, but what I received was completely well done. It was very chewy and honestly tasted like it had been cooked days ago, frozen, and then reheated.
I was really looking forward to it because the prime rib pictured on the restaurant’s website looks amazing perfectly pink and tender but what came to the table was nothing like that.
Very disappointing, especially when you’re expecting a quality cut of meat.

Top notch experience in the northwoods. Loved the location. The food and service were both exceptional. Self service on the taps was a new experience and I was surprised how much I enjoyed that. If you are staying in the area, it’s a no brainer. Ordered my ribs a little too late but the Mac and cheese and fries were some of the best we’ve ever had. Hope to stop again someday!

Hands down the BEST brisket I have ever had. It was so tender, perfectly seasoned and all of the house-made sauces were fantastic. I’m not exaggerating when I say I was smiling the whole way home. Great service, too! Taunya was our server and she took great care of us – you could tell she really cares about the place as she lit up when she saw how excited we were over the food. We’ll definitely be back – I can’t wait to check out the beautiful patio next summer and try some of their house brews!

Great patio! Fire pit, corn hole and horse shoes. Dog and kid friendly. This is some of the best bbq I’ve had and I’m from Oklahoma. I had the 2 sliders, brisket and chicken, they were delicious! I also had some kind of blueberry beer? It was amazing. Our server was wonderful!

I recently visited the Lake Superior Smokehouse Brewpub at 200 W Main St, in Harvey, MI I made a couple of trips to this sleeper of a smokehouse and brewery. Even Mike, the bartender was a good guy. I ordered the cheese burger and it was really good..I sampled a few of the beers made there and they were also very good. A real good place off the downtown area you can enjoy yourself there

I went alone on a Tuesday and sat at the bar. I was served quickly with a menu and a drink. I ordered the 3 meat 3 side combo that stated it feeds 2, I didn’t leave hungry, but I ate ice cream after I finished that plate. I got brisket, pulled pork, sausage, fries, Mac, and beans. Overall, the meal was good. The beans were not super soft and mushy. The fries were cooked just right. The mac n cheese is made with a smoked gouda, not my favorite, but I ate it all. The sausage was the largest portion. It was flavorful with a natural casing, I used the Carolina sauce on it, which balanced the sausage well. The pork in brisket was just good. They looked better than they tasted. They both had good bark, but if you look at the pics, there is no smoke ring and lack of flavor. The meat was like it was cooked in an oven, not a smoker.
I would go back, but I would not get simple smoked meats. I would get a sandwich or tacos. Not to mention that the plate of food and a soda cost me $50. I thought that was a little high for the star of the plate to lack flavor.

It’s a brew pub with BBQ. Hard to go wrong there. Plenty of their own beers, but they had quite a few options from guest breweries as well. The BBQ was tasty. If you care, they do not have an assortment of different sauce options. Spicy or basically a sweet were the two available. Oh, and they have fried pickles.

The brisket is delicious. Add the horse harsh mayo.
The Superior burger is huge & juicy.
The fresh cut fries are so good.
