Wonderful place… fantastic homemade food, including Shepards pie ($10 includes soup) and Irish Stew. Ice cold beers for $3. Bargain breakfast is $8 complete and includes coffee. And yes, you can bring the family: barstools and standard tables. Slot machines in separate area. Happy hour starts at 3. Plenty of free easy parking. It’s a hidden gem.

Pros: We try the fried pickles everywhere we go, in several different states, and the ones at Lake Street Pub might be the best we’ve had so far. The Black Jack burger was also excellent. Decent beer prices.

I used to love coming here, with family and friends . The socials are a hit! The service is good but some of the girls don’t even stick around for more than a week or half of them are drunk on the job. The polish lady that’s the owner is just plain rude. She always complaining about her employees or barking at them. Most of the time she’s just sitting a table with her friends getting drunk . Even when it’s busy she’s just sitting there and doesn’t help her employees at all . The manager runs the bar better than her. The food is always great the cook knows what he’s doing. The bar used to be the place to go than to much drama between customers and bartenders started and it just doesn’t feel welcoming anymore .

Burger was fine, I was sorry to see they removed the home run burger from the menu. Service was great. This place has some loudmouth people with views that most people would find offensive and I believe that is one of the reasons the place was mostly empty.

LSP is a great place to visit in Roselle. Great food, great atmosphere. They have a lot of options to choose from. My fave is fire cobb salad or one of the burgers! Bartenders are always pleasant and cheerful.

Great pub with a friendly vibe! Sat at the bar and ordered the poutine bowl, along with the skirt steak sandwich. The poutine bowl had fries, onion rings, and cheese curds, with au jus broth poured over. I’m accustomed to having gravy on poutine, so this was a bit different. The fries were of the thin, shoestring cut, so they soaked up the au jus readily. I liked it!
The steak sandwich came with onion rings and reminded me of the sandwiches I’d get at the Ponderosa steak house as a kid. Served on toasted bread with grilled onions. Highly recommended!

Beyond excellent service by Emily. She was very attentive, ensured we were taken care of. The food was alright, good place for drinks, half price appetizers on Friday. Four stars for the service.
