Our first time here to enjoy some live music. The meat lovers pizza was good, but could have been cooked a little longer as the dough was a little under cooked. We will go back and try another soon.

The BEST Hot Italian sandwich I’ve EVER HAD. Thankful for the gluten free option that was so so good. Friendly service, the Bartender Chuck an the waitress Lauren absolutely amazing an so friendly.
Outstanding quality thin crust pizza reminiscent of the best pizzerias in Florida. Fresh ingredients, excellent wine selections and outstanding and pleasant staff made for a memorable evening. Five stars plus. Would definitely return!

I’ve had average-slightly above average meals from here in the past. It was never great, but the convenience was worth it. No more though. I ordered a simple margherita pizza for my wife and I, and what I got was possibly one of the worst efforts ever by a restaurant to fulfill and order (see pics below). When I got back to room, I called to tell them the pizza was wrong, the 6th grader, who took my call and happily collected her tip when I picked it up, had to hand the problem solving to the 8th grader who apparently was running the place that night. I explained the issue, and told him I was happy to come back up and get the correct pizza. There was no basil nor fresh mozzarella on it, and for the first time ever we were given either ground beef or sausage on a margherita pizza. (pic included). The “manager” said in so many words, “sir, how do I know the pizza is wrong? I mean I can’t see it” I told him again what I got what was not what I paid for or tipped well for on a take-out order. I could see that he had no intention of making it right so I let it go with the intention of never going there again. It’s very sad actually bc we’ve been owners at Carillon Beach/Pinnacle Port for 30+ years, and to have an employee treat us like that upsets me. The lack of desire to make things right is concerning. This is either poor hiring on the owner’s part, or par for the course as the property has gone through many owners over the years.
If you’re in the area, I suggest Bruno’s Pizza in Watersound, or Bubba’s Pizza on 98 about a 1/2 mile from Carillon Beach. Plenty of other places to not only get better food, and more importantly better customer-care and service.

went in about 6months ago owner got mad over a water cup and he said it wasn’t about the soda and he could afford the soda. i guess you couldn’t afford it since your store is now closed and i am so thrilled it is so no one else has to eat your mediocre food any more. remember this was all over a water cup and when we were leaving there was a kid with a water cup getting soda so maybe you should have set rules on your water cups and maybe your little pizza shop wouldn’t have closed down. thanks for making my day

Ordered a small pizza, half margherita and half pepperoni, and we got a burnt cheese pizza with 3 tomatoes slapped on it. Also got charged $23 when the price should’ve been around $17. We used to love this place but it definitely wasn’t the best this time 🙁

Had the best pizza for first time on a gluten free crust. Thin and crispy. It was absolutely delicious. Loved it. Service was great and they were very packed. Everyone so friendly. I’ll be back.

Like this place mainly for the convenience of being located in carillon. Pizza is good and the workers are mostly nice. I have had a bad interaction or two. Alway could do better

Loved their pizza! They are very generous on the toppings. A large pizza just fed three hungry adults, with two slices left for to-go. The service was very friendly. My kid enjoyed his cheese bread, which is a small pizza with lots of cheese with marinara dipping sauce on the side.

We hate to hear that you’ve closed. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere, food and especially the owners. I hope you took the IU tee shirt I donated and put it up at the next venture. Best of Luck!

girl at the counter offered me water cup i got a tiny cup of soda owner comes up to me telling me he’s “putting me on a tab” i tell him i can dump out the water, and he says why waste the soda. it’s not like im dumping a gallon of your soda, sorry you can’t afford a water cup of soda. i’m assuming it was the owner because no employee would act like this. food tastes like tomato sauce and cheese on cardboard, please if you can avoid eating here do it.
