They have great food at an affordable price. They also sit on the edge of the lake and you have beautiful views inside and outside of the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the waitresses make sure that they come to check on you several times throughout your dining experience! The food was good, but the baked potato could have been fresher! Definitely recommend ordering from the senior citizens section of the menu unless you want a huge portion of food. The waitress did state the senior citizens portion of the menu is available to everyone!! We did request an extra plate so we could share the food, but unfortunately the plate was dirty. The restaurant does not accept debit/credit cards, but the restaurant has a beautiful view of Lake Bowen!

Always a great experience. Great seafood cooked perfectly, fried or broiled. I like the fried seafood platter. Situated right on Lake Bowen, you can enjoy the scenery while you eat. Plenty of seating and parking.

I’m a connoisseur of Fish Camps over my many years of life and this is the best I’ve had in a right many years. Not greasy at all. Perfect breading and seasoning. The hush puppies may well be the best I’ve ever had. In many places, the slaw is rarely on target. But this was wonderful. Just a titch sweeter than most but it was so good. The view out the window of the lake was so nice.

Man I’d be a regular and they’d know me by name if we lived close by! We went for Sunday lunch and that menu is slightly different than their normal weekday menu but the atmosphere was exactly what it should be for a busy country style lunch, service was quick and they were all very sweet! Food was outstanding! We both left in pain from eating too much and still had leftovers and it was less than 30 dollars for my wife and I before tip.

What a pleasant meal. Finally, some great fried catfish. The service and atmosphere were phenomenal. I don’t know alot about the place but it looks like it could tell some stories. We get there right at 4 pm with the blue hairs. The crowd is definitely on the older side. I say this to offer this as a place to take an older parent or grandparents.

Delicious and Great local spot, BRING CASH!! The sample platter (fried) is a great deal, you will not leave hungry! my favorite was the fried muscles, they are really really really good! the kids meals are perfect to feed your kids, the fried shrimp they will love. All and all great place if you want to check it a local business. If I’m back in the area i’d go there again!
