Quaint, bright and clean interior with beautiful views of Round Lake. Excellent service! Porterhouse steak “tonight’s special” was average at best. Seafood platter “broiled” exceeded my expectations and was delicious. Very nice salad bar. Soup was hot and delicious! Will return!

One of our favorite supper clubs. The drinks and bartenders are great and the service and food is outstanding. We always enjoy going there when it is a special celebration. My husband was in a house explosion on September 23 and the only one that survived and so we went out to celebrate several occasions that we did not do and my birthday.
The owner was our server and was so kind and gracious to us with our meal and dessert. We can’t thank her enough for a wonderful evening and the fantastic food, drinks and service. This is a must go to supper club. We love it.

My sister and brother took me here for my birthday meal. I had never been but had heard a lot of good things about it.
The location is great sitting right on a lake (hence the name right? ). We went in and no one was around to seat us for a few minutes. When we were seated, we got a great table right next to the window. Very nice.
They have a great soup and salad bar! The waitress brought a nice small loaf of bread, but we had to ask for a bread plate. I ordered a special 18 oz New York strip steak and was really looking forward to it. When it came, it looked fantastic! It was a couple inches thick I think. After asking for a steak knife, I tried cutting into it. It wasn’t easy. What I got was mostly gristle! Tried a few more bites with similar results. Also, I ordered it medium rare ( which I wouldn’t have done it I had known how thick it was going to be!). It was blood rare. After eating a few more bites, I gave up. The waitress asked if I wanted it cooked more. I was tempted to try that because I wanted steak, but felt I shouldn’t risk wasting more time if it didn’t work out so I ordered another special, Cajun catfish. They quickly brought out one piece. I doubt that was what I would have gotten as a meal. It was very good.
I forgot to mention the side I got with my meal. It was some kind of rice dish that was in a thick sauce so it was kind of glommy and not as good as if it would have been just a nice seasoned rice dish.
They adjusted the bill, but I didn’t get to talk with anyone about my experience which I would have expected. I’ve heard that this restaurant closed and recently reopened under new management. If true, I would recommend that management ask for feedback in order to improve. Just a suggestion!

Waited 45 minutes for our food. While other customers who came in after us were getting their food. So we decided to leave. Went to bar to let them know. The reason we were told for taking so long was because I ordered my tenderloin medium well. It would take longer to make. I asked if we could get something off the bill only $8 was taken off. Had it boxed up to go. Got home and have of what we ordered was in boxes. We will never go back there again. It would have been nice if someone would have apologized for the inconvenience. Plus it was not worth the money we paid.

My wife and I decided to take a small 200 mile road trip, so we scheduled 18 holes of golf & then try to find a great supper club. They recommended this one and we were not disappointed. We were very impressed with the covid19 practices. The bar staff was friendly and helpful. The service in general was awesome, not to take away from the great food that they suggested for us. It was our first time here but certainly would come back and do it over again.

Highly recommend going here. The prices are fair, the portions are filling. There is rarely room left for dessert. The staff is friendly and courteous! The bartender (Stephanie) is wonderful! Shelly the owner/waitress, by far none better!

All three of us had a great meal! I had the Tenderloin steak and it was delicious! My wife and her sister had fish and said it was delicious! We all enjoyed the saled bar too! And all three of us left there saying we would go back again next month!

We have been coming here for years and have always found this place to be a wonderful experience. The view is beautiful. The salad bar is basic but has everything we like. The service is excellent. The proportions are good and the price is right. The “Old Fashions” are wonderful. In the last few years, the place changed owners and you can see how the place has been cleaned up and brighten up.

This place is a classic Wisconsin supper club! Great drinks and service, atmosphere, and of course great food! The salad bar was perfect size, the soup was excellent, the fresh bread was amazing, and all of our steaks were delicious! We’ll he back!!
