I’ve traveled and eaten Mediterranean food from all over the world, and Laith’s is one of my favorites. His hummus, chicken, beef and garlic spread are incredible. And his falafel are the best I’ve ever had. They’re never dry. They have a perfectly tender crumb with a bomb of flavor. Everything is healthy (try the date smoothies!), fresh, and imported from the Middle East. The value for the quality of the products is truly amazing. Laith really cares about where he sources his ingredients. But the food isn’t the best part. It’s also a peaceful and loving ambiance. We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday there with her dearest friends and family, and the owner and associates were so accommodating and kind to all of us, serving their food family style (catering is also available), giving us serving plates for our cakes, helping us hang some simple decor, and welcoming everyone warmly. 12/10 will keep coming back. Try Laith’s and you will not regret it! I’m just drooling thinking about the next time I can eat there again!

Laith’s Mediterranean looks like a pretty basic spot located in a big shopping center in Carson at Main and Carson St. Once you try the food you will see it is really amazing. The chicken shawarma is so fresh and flavorful.. and the sides are bomb! Delicious humus and baba.. one thing that is often disappointing at similar spots is the stale store bought pita bread they serve.. well not at Laith’s.. the pita bread is so fresh and tasty.. it almost tastes like they bake it in house though we didn’t inquire… too busy with devouring the crazy good gyro and other sides. The owner even gave us a free bowl appetizer while we waited for our food… and the young lady at the counter was very helpful explaining the menu and hooked us up right. The dining room is very basic just a few tables but it does the job. Overall we highly recommend this place if you love a great mixed grill plate at a reasonable price.. the yogurt in the tzatziki was so rich and high quality you know they are doing it right. Even the rice as really good and stood out. Thank you Laith’s for a great meal and we will see you again soon!

OMG I’m so happy that my favorite Mediterranean spot has opened in a beautiful new location! The food is as delicious as ever, and the owners are incredibly kind. I highly recommend everything on the menu, but you must try the chicken shawarma plate and the beef shawarma!! Also you gotta try ORGANIC chocolate MACA! It’s healthy and delicious

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ across the board. I will eat here EVERY SINGLE time I am in Carson. The food is delicious and the small staff at this place is top notch. The chef came out to ask us if everything was acceptable. It was that and more. I had the gyro, colleagues had that and chicken shawarma. All so, so good! Cucumber salad was great and they have other options if you don’t like that. Highly recommend!

Best Mediterranean food I had in a long time. Laith is in Carson, and it’s a must try! I ordered Mediterranean food from Gardena, Torrance, and downtown LA, but Laith is infinite time better. Please give them your business. Food is very tasty, drinks are tasty, and even the pita bread is the softest and most tasty I ever had when compared to other places. I’ve had shawarma plate with 3 sides and 2 sauces. The basmati rice is so good that we reordered the same plate with rice again.

It was my first time here and I had the most delicious chicken shawarma plate. Everything from the chicken to the sauces and sides were absolutely amazing. The fresh warm pita bread dipped in the amazing hummus was also top. I met Laith who is very nice and fun to talk to. He puts a lot of love in his food and that’s what makes it so good. I will definitely be coming back!

Went here for the first time. I totally recommend this place. Simple menu great food great service decent prices .nice atmosphere very very clean restaurant. We got the mixed grill can with beef and chicken the rice tzatziki and cucumber salad. We’ll definitely be back this is going to be my go-to.

This is probably the best Mediterranean spot I’ve been to.

The moment you enter, you’re feeling welcomed and it’s very inviting. I’ve come many before and I always get the gyro plate, hummus, and rice. Sometimes, I swap out the extra hummus for baba ganoush . Both are just so good, so it just depends on what I’m craving.

One of the things I truly love about this place is the ratio of meat to sides. In a lot of places, I was given a sliver of protein, just to hide the unbalanced amount of rice underneath. Nah nah, not this place. It has your back ❤️ I end up splitting the meal as two servings!

All in all, food is delicious and plentiful, while workers are friendly and caring.

I can’t explain how happy I am to have found this spot. 6/5 stars, a must try

Top notch food and top notch service. Loved the chicken schwarma and gyro, couldn’t tell ya what’s better so get both. Baklava and chocolate date shake was also delicious!
