We very recently moved to the area and are striving to try every restaurant within our immediate area. Today we had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at “LaineyLou’s Kitchen”.
First off, the service was outstanding. Our server was beyond nice and immediately made us feel like regulars. The food… OUTSTANDING and very reasonably priced.

Relaxed, casual atmosphere. Tables and chairs were clean with filled napkin containers, salt, pepper and ketchup all filled. Floors and bathrooms were spotless. The service was faultless. In fact it was outstanding. Our server made sure that every request was taken care of promptly. Her spontaneousness and welcoming personality is definitely an asset to the diner. LaineyLou’s is charming. No pressure to rush through our lunch as the diner filled up. The burgers were exactly as described in the menu, filled with fresh juicy patties, tomato and lettuce. The menu has just the right amount of variety with sides, burgers, chicken dishes and seafood baskets. The fried onion rings were crisp and delicious complementing the burger.
They have the usual sodas which arrived with roughly crushed ice floating on the top. So much better than clunking square ice cubes.
LaineyLou’s offers cakes and ice cream. It’s the perfect place for a late lunch, early dinner. The decor is rock ‘n roll with guitars lining the walls, some of which are for sale. It’s great to have a great food diner in our home town.

My wife and I had a fantastic casual lunch here. I had the fried catfish sandwich with hand cut fries and she had a hot chicken wrap. Food and service were great, we’ll definitely be back when they have live music!

I had the hot chicken wrap for about 3 bucks and it was awesome. It came with sauce that was hot but had good flavor! It’s on the smaller side but restaurant meals tend to be large so it was perfect for lunch. Fast service, cute inside, but most importantly tasty food.

So, we just ate here. We went based on the good reviews and good looking food pics we had seen on their FB. Our experience was nothing like what the reviews would suggest. First, the guy at the counter was really nice and the sweat tea was good. Thats where the good experience ended. I ordered the patty melt with onion rings. The onion rings were soggy. The onions on the sandwich were burnt, the patty was overcooked and crunchy. The wife had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The sandwich was OK, a bit over salted but ok. Her fries were severely overcooked. The fries were more like burnt potato chips than fries. The deep dish pizza tasted ok but left all 3 of us who ate it feeling sick to our stomach. I’m nauseous while writing this tbh.

I am from Detroit. Stopped in at Lainey Lous, just passing through, and didn’t expect much from the small place. Wow was I surprised. I enjoyed the best burger I have ever had! The beef is fresh and delicious! The French fries were perfection, and the salad was fresh too! I would highly recommend a visit! Our server was kind, attentive and knowledgeable!

After my grandmother’s funeral we were looking for a place to eat and spend family time when we called to ask of they could accommodate 26 people. Without hesitation they said no problem and within 5 min we all started rolling in bevause its so close to the funeral home and immediately I noticed they already had our table sat up and ready for us. We all got our food quickly and everything was so delicious. For such a big crowd everything went so smoothly!! I highly recommend this place and thanks again ladies for your wonderful service.The tiny Jesus made my whole day personally and I know it did a lot of others in our group. Also forgot the mention the prices were fantastic. Great food at a cheap price.

Their lunch burger deal (other places would give you a skimpy pathetic little thing) is full size, flavorful and the JB’s sauce puts it over the top. Easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten, and I’m a fan of fresh cut fries so those are a go-to. Friendly staff, and always keep an eye out when they have their delicious cinnamon rolls hot-n-fresh

The food has always been fine, but the service is hit or miss at best. Last time I was there, We sat at a table for 20 minutes and were never acknowledged. They weren’t busy. There was maybe three tables of people including us. Employees walked right by us several times and couldn’t even get a “We’ll be with you in a few”. After 20 minutes of being ignored in a near empty restaurant we left and went down the road and had good food and excellent service.
