Worst takeout experience I’ve ever had. We called in an order and they told us 20 minutes. It took over 45 minutes to get our food. They were rude and dismissive when we arrived. Told us they had run out of chicken and rice. Without any additional explanation, after switching one of our meals to include shrimp, after 40 minutes they said it was going to take another 5. I got a few half-hearted and dismissive “my bads” and “sorry it took so long”. When we arrived there was only one other party finishing their food and no one else came in for food.
Poorly run and managed, very rude and unapologetic. I will not be going back.

Didn’t even get to try this place the front desk girl with a short black hair and the bad fake eyelashes was the rudest person I’ve met in a long time. She just screamed at me. What do you want? She charged me for things that I didn’t order. And then proceeded to make fun of me when I said a medium coffee and rolled her eyes at me I called to speak with the manager and she just said “we don’t have a manager.” I was looking forward to trying this place, but she ruined the whole experience. She should be fired. Worst customer service in the world.

Amazing food. My girlfriend got the chicken bowl with peanut sauce. It’s Amazing and a large bowl. I got turkey and ham sandwich. Bread was soft and fresh. Everything was great. Staff was super friendly

Very nice restaurant, very nice decor. Service was good. We tried the pad Thai it was very good! Make sure to get some spice in it! We also got a chicken bowl. It was good, I think the chicken was a little over cooked it was a little dry but we will try it again. Lotus was delicious! Overall we will eat this food again!

This is a great place to grab breakfast or lunch.. Pad Thai was fantastic and enjoyed a lemon bar. I recommend ordering ahead if in a hurry the Pad Thai is freshly cooked.

Seen signs for their spring rolls for months. Decided to stop in. They were out of chicken and pad thai. Decided to go with $11 pork rice bowl. It didn’t come with a sauce. No spice. no heat. The dumpling was great. Was ok, but not what i was looking for. Will pass on going back.

Tried this spot yesterday for the first time,we ordered from the lunch menu and from the breakfast menu. The food was delicious, perfect portions, and many options to choose from. The atmosphere was welcoming and the girl who helped us was kind and helpful with questions. I love supporting businesses like this! 5 stars all around, will definitely be back again soon.
