This is a food truck located in the indoor eatery section of the Cannery, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We ordered the Thai basil stir fry, drunken noodles, Pad Thai, and Pad See Ew, and every dish was packed with rich, authentic flavors. The quality was outstanding—clearly made with care and true to Thai cuisine.
We were pleasantly surprised and can confidently say this will be our go-to Thai spot in West Maui. The prices are very reasonable, making it even better. As a bonus, we enjoyed our meal while listening to live music, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Dinning food court at the Lahaina cannery mall. My pork belly with basil was good but a bit salty. My wife had the Pad Thai with chicken n she enjoyed it. Portion is small considering this is Maui Hawaii where most local eats come in big portion.

Only negative I have was that my dish came with mushrooms, even though it didnt say it in the description. I was able to pick them out though!

Waited 45 min to get our food. It was the worst pad see ew in my life. Tasted like pure fish sauce, extremely salty. Noodles weren’t the right kind for the dish either.

My husband went to the grocery store to pick up some things and I asked him to try and get me some ‘fried rice’. He didn’t think the options looked good enough. So he went into the mall and found this place. What a gem! He said the young woman behind the counter was wonderful, place was spotless but highlight was the fried Thai rice he chose; so freaking good! The flavor was absolutely superb! He just got me an order of rice with shrimp. I ended up sharing it with my husband but secretly wished I hadn’t! Sooooo good! Go there; get that!

I really wanted to light this Thai food as I’m an avid Thai eater, probably one to three times a week and often different restaurants. Pad Thai really wasn’t that great. It was okay but it lacked a lot of sauce. When you do to go orders you always have to add a little bit more sauce or it’s extremely dry when it gets there. Also, the yellow Curry was pretty spicy, at least a medium, almost all yellow curries are mild (And we ordered mild), so I wasn’t a fan of that either, although the flavor was pretty good, I didn’t eat much of an unfortunately.
