The place looks a bit run down, the staffs are not courteous, they don’t welcome everyone equally, I kind of felt they are not friendly to people. The plus point is the food, I had grilled shrimp tacos with Chipotle aioli, which was superb. Maybe I will order next time from this store.

Fun, Fast, Friendly, and Delicious!
I was not expecting this much from a fast food seafood place, and was completely blown away by the value!
I had the Mexican Style Fish Plate. Very filling, and the fish and shrimp were both well-seasoned. My boyfriend had the shrimp tacos, and loved them. Rice was tasty.

Ist time here. Excellent selection of seafood. I got the fried cod. Yummy. You get 2 large portions. Next time I’m trying the grilled shrimp. 2 thumbs up. Also, the manager walked around and asked each table if everything was good or if they needed something. We will be back!

I ordered the fried catfish and was very disappointed. The fish was clearly undercooked — the interior was translucent and gelatinous instead of flaky and white all the way through. The breading looked fine on the outside, but the inside was essentially raw. This is a food safety concern. I would caution others to check their food carefully before eating here.

We ordered the shrimp plate with two sides. The seasoning and presentation of the food was appealing and tasty. We recommend that they improve the presentation of their onion rings. Onion rings were not up to standard. We had a quiet lunch in this restaurant that has a nice atmosphere very clean and everything in place. We enjoyed the decoration and the design of the restaurant. The cod sandwich was simple and delicious.

Very disappointing experience at Laguna Madre, especially considering it’s affiliated with Bill Miller’s where we’ve never had issues like this.
While I was in line ordering, my wife sat down to hold a table, which is completely normal for a fast-casual restaurant. The manager, Alyssa, immediately told her she couldn’t “reserve” a seat and made it an issue. An elderly couple sitting near us was told the same thing and made to get up and stand in line as well, which was uncomfortable to watch.
The interaction was handled poorly and came across as unnecessarily confrontational. When my wife asked for the manager’s name after getting our ticket number, Alyssa gave it with a smirk, which only made the situation worse.
Several other customers were being treated the same way and some people actually left because of it. Meanwhile, the restroom didn’t even have toilet paper, yet the focus seemed to be more on policing customers from sitting down.
For a restaurant connected to Bill Miller’s, the management and customer service here were shockingly poor. Based on this experience alone, I would strongly recommend choosing another place to seat.

The fish sandwich is amazing! Perfectly fried crispy on the outside but flaky and juicy on the inside. The bread has this delicious herb butter toasted into it that made every bite rich and flavorful. What really impressed me was the attention to detail lettuce and tomato were kept separate, so nothing got soggy. I tried both the tartar sauce and the shrimp sauce on it, and honestly, either one takes it to the next level. Highly recommend grabbing one if you’re ever nearby.
So fresh and flavorful, definitely hits the spot if you’re craving seafood.

We went there at 5:30 ordered and sat there for 45 minutes before getting our food,grilled fish and the shrimp platter. The place was a mess.more workers sitting around not cleaning up.food showed up finally the tacos were not spicy at all. The tortillas were thick and cold. Probably won’t go back to this place
