The owners are great with very good service and polite and friendly, food is delicious I’d say my favorite is their Kicking Chicken with a side order of fries a great lunch, their convenient and literally on my way to work from the gym and/or home. Well worth the stop and love helping out the small mom and pop business.

I was on my way visiting a friend and I decided to stop here for something quick to eat. I ordered the chicken cutlet spinach pesto with tomato and melted fresh mozzarella. 20/10 would recommend not only this sandwich but this deli to anyone stopping in town. The bread, the meat, everything was fresh. Great place!! Can’t wait to come back and try another one of their famous sandwiches

i come here very often since i live down the road. i always get my bacon egg and cheese but today i found 2 strands of short gray hair. i was very upset because i thought it was just my imagination the first time but then i take another bite and there’s another hair . i love this place and everyone here but this was very inconvenient for me

The guy running this place and who answers the phone is a real piece of work. Rude, abrasive, and just down right disrespectful. He shouldn’t be working in the industry if he’s going to be talking to people the way he does. Answers the phone abruptly and yells at customers for calling to order. He should be ashamed of himself.

I had two terrible experiences here after coming here fairly frequently. The first time, I asked for a sandwich and I received the completely wrong order. I went back that afternoon, and the cook (and owner I believe) displayed terrible customer service by blaming me for ordering the wrong thing ( whole wheat and wrap are two different things, there is no way I mistakenly asked for a wrap). He yelled at me and disrespected me. The other man there made an effort to rectify the situation and gave me a free sandwich for the mistake, which made me give them another shot. This morning (8/15), I asked for my usual order for breakfast, and repeated the order and watched him write it down (the same mean one not the nicer one he was not in, but he did make my sandwich correctly the previous day). He completed my order and I made the mistake of not checking it before I left because he did not put the cheese in it as I asked. I went straight back without taking a bite out of it to point out the mistake and in front of his customers, he yelled at me,called me names, and told me not to come back because I told him the wrong order as if I wouldn’t know what I wanted. Even if I made the mistake ( I did not) as a business owner, you make an effort to rectify the situation, he could of slapped some cheese on it and melted it and I would of been satisfied, but he disrespected me, threw my money on the counter instead of handing it to me and told me not to come back because I do not know how to order right. I tried to call to rectify the situation, because I was upset and crying earlier and he basically told me he is sorry I said my order wrong and let’s start fresh. No thank you, I will never go back there again. The way that man acted made it clear that he just didn’t want to serve me and not to play the discrimination card but I believe he was profiling because he seemed a little to eager to use a wrong sandwich as an excuse to kick me out and call me a liar and a terrible person amongst other things I will not repeat
