I just ordered this on Uber eats and for 60$ it’s a waist of money . Never again . I paid 20$ for suya plate . And got 4 pieces of meat, which was mainly fat . no vegetables, no onion or nothing that’s supposes to be served with it traditionally. Also I paid for goat and no goat was my egusi soup. Seriously don’t waste your time . I should have listened to the reviews, but I thought I’d give it a try .Worst Mistake Ever. And the food taste bland. Hopefully they paid the light bill with that 60 because never again !

Very short staffed. Tables and floors needed to be cleaned. The waitress was the only one she was doing the best she could, but it did not help our experience. A lot of the items on the menu were not available so it made for a very unsatisfying experience. The restaurant was very smoky from the kitchen. I guess we waited forever for our food. Just wasn’t a very pleasant experience. Will not go back.

Honestly I’m not the best judge of Nigerian food. It was my first time and I wasn’t completely sure what to expect. My sisters enjoyed their egusi soup. I had efo riro w/chicken. The dish had good flavor, and I’d recommend it for those who do eat African cuisine. Service was a bit slow, but I think they were short on workers.

I ordered a few things and a piece of beef was one of them. There’s basically no meat on it all bone. I called to let them know and the guy I spoke on the phone with tells me “so what do you want me to do about it because we’ve never had a complaint that we sent bones.” I don’t ever write reviews but if you’re going to be rude then I will. I didn’t call to get a refund, I called so y’all can be aware of what you sent so it doesn’t happen again!

Loved the taste of Lagos. Had the palm wine, origin spiced beer, egussi (crushed melon seeds) with beef tripe, beef skin and beef and fufu. I also got the meat pie. Looking forward to returning for a comedy night. I felt very welcomed. I think I’m the future they may show Nollywood movies. So glad they moved from Houston two months ago.

I had high hopes for this place. But yet they fell short on many levels. First of all the food was tasty but I spent $50(+$6 pre tip). the waiting staff soooo dull. I ordered Egusi with assorted meat one orijin w/ a side of jollof for take away. No soap in the bathroom barely any soap in the outer washer area away from the sink. I order assorted meats but I end up with mainly cartilage and tripe no premium meats however I’m used to this problem being Nigerian born in the states (IYKYK). I ask for a drink the lady doesnt offer me a drink suggestion I have no knowledge of the type of beers you actually have so I settle for the first thing I see a half a pint corona I do investigation and notice the orijin below I ask for exchange for the remainder fee she accommodates me. Orijin she does open for me I must open myself common cup to use for my drink “ we don’t have any… wait I see one!” She pass me the only plastic cup from down in the bottom somewhere when there is shelve full of glasses. I didn’t finish the Egusi and I request for take away plate my waiter just drops the plate with the walk away with the impression that I must pack it myself. I wait a little while to see if she would do and she doesn’t. I attempt to pack it myself But the cover doesn’t fit I try to get this young ladies attention but she’s locked in on the customer speaking her native tongue to the point where they have to tell her to finish serving me. She goes to the back and gets the appropriate cover. Food superb, customer service needs work. This is constructive as I’m rooting for you with this one and I want to come back.
I had to edit my review the food was damn tasty!

Yum! The egusi was great and the quality in the ingredients was well appreciated. The fried rice was very tasty and I like the variety of the veggies in the rice but the rice was oily. The Jollof rice was okay/good but would have been more to my liking if it was not a little overwhelm by the taste of tomato paste and I would have liked it more if it had at least a hint of smokiness and thymes but of course I don’t know their ingredients or style but can just explain what it taste like or what I would have liked most. Also, I did enjoy the chicken with the rice dishes and it was not hard/dried out like some places. Overall, I would recommend this place at least for take out because we only ordered to go so can’t speak on dining experiences.
