Great place to grab a bite while at the pool or the lagoon. When going to the lagoon, takeout works best. Menu is different than what is posted on Google. I’d get the chili cheese fries again – keiki decided this was a winner, mostly due to the chili

Went back here a couple times to grab drinks to take to sit outside of the pool area. Each time, the bartenders that we were able to interact w/ were great, super friendly! Only issues are: not a lot of drink options in general (just a few basic cocktails and a short draft list) and veryyy pricy, even for the Hilton.

Pretty good place. Definitely convenient if you’re at the paradise pool or staying in the lagoon tower. The prices however are more than some of the surrounding restaurants for the same items. Good food though!

It’s a pool snack shack, so my expectations were “burger & fries” set up.
Having said that if you are willing to offer a Poke bowl on the menu, you could at least put in the required effort to match what you are charging. ($26.00 usd)

Service was great. Bartenders are friendly, as are the waitresses/ waiters. Beer and cocktails are tasty and cold.

The poke bowl however….. white rice. Raw Big eye Tuna. Sprouts. Nothing else no seasoning, no sauce no nothing for $26.00 usd.

I am rating this THEE WORST “Poke Bowl” I have ever had regardless of state / province or country. Taste was straight fish.

Big Fat Zero Out Of TEN.

Took one bite and deep sixed it!

Service & Drinks are on par for a pool bar.

Food here is great! Had the teri burger and fries. Kids had hot dogs and house chips. Delicious!

Ordering is weird with no open window or anything. Just go stand around until someone opens the door. No server monitoring the tables.

Also, last call was at 4:45 with no notice. This is Hawaii vacation land. Read the room! There are hundreds of people still in the pools looking for drinks and dinner. Total waste of location to close at 5pm

Didn’t try any food but got a few drinks during happy hour. Staff was wonderful!

I think the food is a bit overpriced, but one comes to expect such things at a resort. The drinks, on the other hand, are mixed pretty strong, so I take no issue there.
Service was prompt and the staff so nice and helpful.

The server served all the cabanas today except ours. On her second pass by us I asked her to stop and she totally ignored me. The rest of the day she spoke to the people in the other cabanas and acted like our cabana was empty.

I recommend you skip this place. Our server Florida gave us an attitude for moving a table of of the sun, lousy drinks and ridiculously overpriced fare. Plenty more places so much better here on big island.
