Was really impressed with all the food that we ordered from the appetizers all the way to the desserts. Every item was so rich and delicious. The service as well was so unbelievably kind and helpful. The only negative was that it was really loud in there which isn’t what I expected from a spendy place. There’s no soft textures anywhere to “soak up” the noise; it’s a lot of mirrors and glass and brick so it just gets really, really loud which was an atmosphere bummer. Once some tables left it was more manageable and enjoyable.

I ordered a pasta with a SIDE of steak, was not told it would be a full steak. They charged me $40 for a full steak which I did not want and when I called to fix my order the manager asked me if I knew what the cost of beef was and that he did not take my order. POOR service and not to mention the steak smelled foul.

I love this place! Upscale, warm and friendly with great food! Found this place, while walking through the downtown area of Oconomowoc. Sat at the bar and was greeted by the friendly bartender. I was just going to have a relaxing cocktail, until I smelled the food and watched it being served to the other guests. I decided to order an appetizer of the fresh made meatballs and the bread basket. They were terrific!

My husband and I went to Lago Su Bella for the first time last night for our 9 year “dating” anniversary. And WOW! Did it exceed our expectations. The starter bread was great! I had the Caprese salad for an appetizer and my husband had the Minestrone soup – they were both AMAZING! I had the table side pasta for my entree and he had the pesto pasta which again were both SO good. We also shared a meatball which was just as delicious. We were given a cannoli for our anniversary and then also ordered the Chocolate Mousse Dome for dessert to take home and they were both outstanding. The cocktails were great as well. Victoria, our server, was very attentive, kind and so welcoming! The whole experience was awesome and we will definitely be back!

i am genuinely confused why there are so many good reviews, did i just go on the wrong night? i received a pitiful salad that just had a lump of cheese on the side, i literally just said yeah no thanks i don’t want that. more than half our table said their food was bad, i tried it and it was truly very bad. then the waitress dumped my drink on my lap and didn’t say sorry just went “whoops!” and walked away. that is not ok. i left hungry, dissatisfied, and with wet pants.
