Lager & Vine is a very small but nice resturant. That always has rotating specials to keep new items on the menu. The Monday munchies special for 2 is by far there best deal and is absolutely worth the price you can get a 3 course meal for basically $50. The food here is decent i found the salmon to be well cooked. The risotto tasted n heavily of mushroom which i enjoyed. The rice maybe could have used another minute or 2 in the pan it was still a little firm. But by no means was it bad. The vegetable ravioli was very good the sauce was rich and acidic. I could see the sauce maybe being to acidic for some but I personally thought it made the vegetables filling taste amazing. The cocktails here are actually surprisingly good and very well priced the Manhattan was way better than expected especially at $9. Now the biggest surprise was the choclate bread Pudding this is one of the better desserts I’ve had in a while. It is not overly sweet the bitter stout used in the desert really helps tone down the sweetness. Is this the best place in hudson, no but is it a great value and great food, yes. If your in the area I’d absolutely recommend trying it. I would recommend reservations as the place is very small. But it does at least have a dedicated parking lot.

It wasn’t crowded when we went yet we waited almost a half hour for our food. It was a simple turkey club and a wrap so it wasn’t a complicated order. Our waitress never informed us as to why and when we would receive our food. The club was mediocre at best. The homemade tots were dry to the point they fell apart when you tried to put them on your fork. Then after we finished we waited another 15 minutes to get our check. The waitress took our payment and again disappeared. I was beginning to question where my credit card had gone when she finally appeared with my card. Would I recommend this place, Absolutely not.

Lager and Vine was overall a pleasant experience. Average food quality, excellent service, and good atmosphere.
The lunch special was a soup and a salad. It was as expected. Nothing bad about it, nothing special either.
The service was great. Our server was attentive and polite and happy to help us.
The layout of the restaurant is nice. Decorations are nice and aesthetic.

Fantastic spot ! We stopped for lunch while we were driving through OH. I had a lemon martini and salmon salad and my partner had the Hendrix on Main and the lunch combo. Food and drinks were fantastic.

Party of 8 to celebrate birthdays. We all had appetizers and entrees which were all fabulous, especially the pork chop! Our server, Jennifer, was very attentive and efficient. The one owner approached our table to engage in conversation and was very pleasant and personable….a nice welcome! We will look forward to returning to this establishment.

Called ahead and was able to get a table within 15 minutes. Parking was ample and suited to the space. Atmosphere was casual and only moderately noisy. Once seated our server Samantha was polite, well spoken and cheerful. Took our drink orders and returned promptly. We ordered bruschetta as the appetizer as it was average. Bread lightly cheesed with some tomatoes and onions. We proceeded to order our main dishes, sirloin and lemon chicken. Food was served hot and the tastes were good. Not sure of the risotto served with the sirloin. Samantha continued to monitor our table and her table manner was awesome.
Overall, the experience was better than average and we do plan on coming back to try more of the menu.
Happy 31st Anniversary to my wife!

Great place for a bite. Good selection of food. Wedge salad and pretzel sticks were well presented and tasty. Lobster bisque good but could have had a little more seafood. Chicken pasta special tasty and a good portion size. Great service. Will definitely visit again.

This place was such an amazing find on our anniversary trip! We stopped in for drinks and appetizers and were so delighted by the delicious food and friendly service. I highly recommend the pretzel sticks with the stone ground mustard and lager cheese. The mustard was so good I asked the waitress about it and she said they make it in house! We also got the wedge salad and it was so fresh and satisfying. Beat part was the service. From the minute we walked in, every employee we came into contact with treated us like old friends. Highly recommend this restaurant!

It’s GASTROpub, folks. That’s right: foodie delight, not just another nice place for a burger & beer. We’ve been going here for years (it’s been in Hudson since 2012) mostly for lunch which offers the standards as well as some neat things like Ahi Tuna and always on the cozy patio. This visit was to enjoy dinner on likely the last great October patio night. What a pleasant surprise! It’s not a mashed potato kind of place (although fries and tots are on the menu). Instead mushroom risotto underpinned my excellent salmon. A real measure of their gourmet focus is the creme brûlée–so many places offer a bland bowl of “pudding” while Lager & Vine chefs go the extra mile offering a delightful custard topped with a layer of flame hardened caramelized sugar. One more thing: great value with very modest wine markups and great specials Monday through Thursday.
