While visiting the area from Georgia, my family and I searched for a seafood place to have dinner. Previous reviews helped select this location, and I would definitely agree! The food was delicious and very tasteful! My 9 year old had crab legs with shrimp low country boil which he demolished! The seafood pasta, which I had was amazing! My husband had the scallop piccata which he said had a nice spice flavor, and my 5 year old had fried shrimp and fries which he finished! Their cornbread was so soft and flavorful. For appetizers, we had hush puppies and buffalo shrimp . We loved all of it!!!

Had a fantastic experience here. Waiter brought out an extra piece of corn bread for the dog, that was nice. The jalapeño shrimp was amazing, as was my seafood boil. As you can see, I only thought about reviewing after. No regrets. I’ll be coming back!

Absolutely amazing! The servers are great. The frozen mixed drinks are just right, not too strong. There’s always a wait, but it is so worth it! Best seafood place I’ve been. The Dockside Dinner has everything you could want in one order. I highly recommend that!

Ate there twice while visiting. Only reason I gave atmosphere four stars was because on our first visit a/c was not working properly and it was soooooo hot in there. Also, they couldn’t get the credit card machine to work. Had to use the credit card machine at the bar. But food was amazing! Servers were great!

First time eating here, we arrived early at 4 pm when they opened and there was a line started at door. Everyone was seated quickly and service was great. We chose the Dockside Dinner and Swordfish steak. Everything was very fresh and delicious. You will not be disappointed.

We had such a great time here! We had amazing views, a great waitstaff and delicious food! It will definitely be a go to place when we visit!! My daughter had the steampot and I had a lemon caper linguini with scallops and shrimp and an amazing mousse for dessert!

The listing says “buzzing” because this place is jammed. Tables have been arranged to maximize revenue but it makes it super difficult for the staff to move around and do their jobs. The food was alright, but the she-crab soup needed seasoning and the baked potato with the salmon dish came bare. Pricey for what you get. Friendly service and quick table turns, but I fear this is one of those restaurants that becomes famous because they put cake mix in their cornbread and not because the food is really outstanding.

Better Shrimp & Grits than I’ve had in Charleston! The Soft Shell Crab was so meaty and the New England Fish & Chips was authentically New England! We ate the cornbread for dessert…light and fluffy and not too sweet! Just an amazing meal with wonderful service!
