Great lunch and treat spot for Hamburg! We tried the tiramisu croissant which was filled with an ice cream base-like cream. It was delicious but super sweet and the actual pastry was only okay. Hot tea was lovely and high quality- they let me refill hot water to reuse the tea bag! A good amount of tables if you come outside of meal time to enjoy a treat/drink and do work. The lunches looked delicious as well! Sweet staff. I would like to try their savory meals next!

Delicious pastries and coffee! The baristas are so kind and make a fantastic Cappuccino. I find the space such an inspiring atmosphere with the beautiful design and decor! The staff & Chefs’ care and attention to detail is worth a little wait. I go here when I have a little extra time to get great quality breakfast or lunch. Their classic croissants and bagels are amazing! I love that they offer a variety of new flavors and seasonal pastries. The Apple Danish is the best I’ve ever had! Most recently I tried the Orange Cranberry Scone which is delicious!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ladybird Deli + Bakery in Hamburg, New York, and it was an absolute delight! The food was exceptional, with a wonderful influence from the owner’s travels. The Way sandwich was amazing and stood out, bringing authentic, rich flavors to every bite. The bread and pastries were perfectly baked, and the coffee and drinks complemented the meal beautifully. The attention to detail in both the food and the atmosphere really made the experience special. Jules and Ross, who are Owners, are doing an amazing job, ensuring everything is top-notch. Overall, 10/10

It was my first time visiting this cafe! We went there in late morning, on a Friday. I would only return if I was accompanying someone who wanted to go here.
This cafe has a great atmosphere. It is clean, and quiet, with a modern and chill vibe.
The worker behind the front counter glared at us as we walked in. No “hello” or welcoming equivalent. She seemed like she was annoyed she had to take our order. And we certainly did not have a “have a nice day” etc as we left.
The food wasn’t bad, but we’ve definitely had better. We ate the avocado toast and the breakfast sandwich. Nothing wrong with the food, but nothing outstanding to say about it either. The food is certainly not worth dealing with a rude cashier.
I’m not sure why there was so much branded merchandise was available. Nothing there was unique or impressive.
Overall, it was disappointing. If the cashier hadn’t been so cold, it still would have just been a neutral/”meh” experience.

We have recently discovered this lovely gem and are enjoying sampling all their yummy offerings. The roast beef and waldorf salad sandwiches are among our favorite items. The bolognese special was absolutely the best we’ve ever had anywhere. The salad offerings and house made lox are all flavorful. Chef Ross is creative and his culinary skill and attention to detail is reflected in all of his creations. The pastries are all superb and made in house by their pastry chef. The gluten-free chocolate tart is out of this world! The staff is courteous and goes out of their way to ensure each guest has an outstanding experience. This cafe has risen to the top of our list! Highly recommended!

As a local resident, Ladybird has been phenomenal since they opened. My wife and I consistently go there. They always seem to have new specials every 1-2 weeks. Outstanding atmosphere and easy to talk and hear conversations. Staff is always so friendly. Highly recommend!

Ladybird Deli is a cute little stop. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you at the table, inside or outside. We had the chicken croissant and the salmon sandwich. Both were really good! We were told they come around with coffee refills, but nobody did and the cup was small, so next time maybe I would take the cup to the counter for a refill.

Paid for our meal (even tipped) at the counter and then sat down to wait for our food. We were then approached to hear they ran out of the stuffed peppers we ordered. We ordered a breakfast sandwich instead. They made sure to charge us the dollar difference…very tacky! The sausage on the sandwich was way too thick. The avocado toast was the worst one I’ve ever had. We will not go back!
