I ordered turkey wings, collard greens and baked Mac (uber eats)…the turkey wings are huge and they’re completely bland. The second turkey wing has a lot of small feathers. It looks seasoned but isn’t. There’s a brown gravy but even that’s bland..like the entire turkey wings taste like unseasoned meat and it’s disappointing. The collard greens have a little too much vinegar. The baked Mac is good though. I was excited because the most recent reviews were 5 stars…. I tried the end piece and then the main piece and both were bland. Recommendation: use smaller wings and add more seasoning because you can’t taste any. I know it’s holistic but there’s healthy salts that can be added such as Himalayan or kosher and I understand salt isn’t the only seasoning but there’s healthy salts, and the wings didn’t taste like they had any flavors

I went here 2/22/25 around 7/8 spent about $40
I’ll start with saying the setting and customer service was amazing. Loved that. I placed an order online but before submitting I did call and speak with an employee because on their website online I wasn’t able to add an item. She walked me through it. Much appreciated. However even after I read her my order and she confirmed the store received it. She didn’t tell me they were out of yams. Very disappointing because I really wanted them. Food
Fish was okay I didn’t taste anything with the fish very bland.
Mac was good I see me getting it again.
Green beans were great it was covered in too much seasoning. No salty taste tho.
Peach tea had a bitter taste
Seafood salad was too much mayo taste. I also believe it had relish in it. I hate relish. Also again didn’t taste any flavor just mayo and relish.
I didn’t have the cake yet. I plan to have it today.

Okay so just found out about lady t’s threw somebody at work and I went. It was 20 minutes from my job which worked out great. I can better show you than tell you I got the whiting collard greens mac and cheese cornbread candied yams. Let me tell you something. Yeah I only started and I’m doing the review already because and the peach tea. Oh my goodness! Yes, haven’t tried the lemon cake yet but I’m quite sure it’s probably delicious like everything else. Very good soul food and fantastic wings and potatoe salad. Good desserts, along with organic juices and smoothies. I order from here at least once a month and am always happy with my options. Please order from their website, and you will not be disappointed.

It was 8:47pm when I called and they closed at 9. I asked if they were still taking phone orders and they said yes with enthusiasm! They didn’t make me feel rushed or feel like if I don’t hurry up, I won’t be able to eat there. They were only down to a few dishes, but I was more than happy to take whatever they had. So I got honey, barbecue chicken, wings, candied yams, and mac & cheese. I was worried that it would be the last little bit of scraps of everything since it was so late. Or that the food would taste like it had been sitting around all day and that was not the case!!! Everything was delicious, it tasted fresh and they were very nice to me while I waited for it to get ready! Will definitely be back soon!!

We got our food to go. I got the ribs with broccoli and tuna mac. My wife got the catfish with collard greens. My ribs I chose bourbon and jerk seasoning. They were the right kind of sweet and heat. The meat fell right off the bone. The price is more than right for the taste and quality. If you are craving some good southern food this is the place.

Everything there I received was delicious. The power punch was quite refreshing and a must have. The green beans were cooked just how I like them and how my mom refuses to make them . The highlight of the meal was the crunch chicken with the sweet butter glaze sauce. If I could bathe in that sauce I probably would. Definitely warns the 5 stars with the meal deal. However, when I ordered 8 wings I thought I was getting whole wings not 8 individual pieces… so really you’re getting 4 whole wings. Do I think the 4 wings are overpriced, yes… but will i be back to buy them again and again because they were cooked that daggon well? Also, yes

Ordered pickup with Uber Eats and it was quick and easy. The ladies in the kitchen were nice and pleasant. I got the Po Pork Bowl and a Banana Pudding dessert. All I have to say is I will definitely be coming back for more! And I’ll definitely have to add a sauce next time! Sadly there are not many gluten free options for my gf, but that’s just how southern food is! This will be a place for just myself
