Server was very nice. Food is hot and fresh!! There portions are large. I ordered 10pc wings, half lemon pepper, half southern fired and they were good. My friend ordered fish and grits that she enjoyed, and the plate is the 2pc fried talipia which they threw in an extra fish. I would recommend.

Such lovely people. Extremely kind and hospitable. The food was a miss on the day of our visit. The mac n cheese was dry and without much cheese or flavor. The greens were okay. The lemon pepper wings were tiny and salty. The fries were also salty and grease soaked. The hushpuppies weren’t crispy enough, but had some flavor. The fish itself was flavorful and fried well. I was surprised by the food because the reviews are so great. I’ll chalk it up to a bad day (though, it was a Friday). I don’t come out this way much so I probably won’t be back.

Second time coming to this establishment. Where do I start. First thing I want you guys to do is I want you to organize your restaurant make it look more presentable and clean. It doesn’t look good when the staff is sitting down. And if you’re gonna run the Front of the house make sure she cut down her nails if not, wear gloves. Your restaurant smells like burnt grease. Make sure the fish is seasoned. Make sure your okra has some salt on it. Make sure you actually toss your wings in the sauce. If two people order a meal & sit and dine in how about you bring an extra plate. I try to support black businesses, but if I’m gonna go in there and spend $30 on one meal with a drink and a bottle of water, please make sure that it lives up to the prices. We need to work on customer service cause if I order wings you should know to bring either ranch or blue cheese or ask me. Your prices are overpriced. Let me give you a little history lesson if you’re gonna have a fish camp, make sure you always serve bread, pickles, and onions. NEVER AGAIN. Please take a trip to Columbus ga and phenix Alabama . You need to go to Rose Hill and you need to go to Ezell’s they will show you how to run a business

Wanted seafood Got seafood. Great food. Fish pork chops and shrimp were delicious. Even had to grab a banana pudding bc I saw my buddy had one . The drinks were good. Had an uptown. Definitely worth the price. Lost a star bc I feel like the collard greens were (glory greens) but my palate could be wrong. Get by here. Try them. Support them.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Music was a bit loud for my taste and not the best genre for a soulful atmosphere so the vibe was off. Prices are high compared to other fry food places. Bought a strawberry pastry that was just whipped cream and syrup for almost $9.

I really wanted this place to be good but the complete disregard to clear instructions is unsettling. They left my wings off of my catfish and “wing” meal. My fries literally taste like they were boiled. The wings that I had to go back in the establishment and get that were left off were still not made incorrectly. The wings on the other meal were not made incorrectly and also tasted boiled. I give one star for the catfish. Never again.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon! Clean establishment! Very homey feel to it. ! Had booths and tables available for seating. You place your order up front with the cashier. Menu is right above order station. Was greeted promptly. It was our first time so we looked over the menu and placed my order. I got the 2 piece catfish dinner. My only issue was that no substitutions are allowed. I didn’t really want the fries but it was fine. For only 12 bucks can’t beat it. And the other sides are only 2 dollars! Food is cooked to order! You can hear the food being dropped in the grease!! We cat down at the cozy booth and waited for the food! We decided to dine in, however once I got my food it was too hot to eat! That’s freshness right there! Can’t beat it!! The table had these little lamps that were just adorable! I did go back and order the fried okra.. I couldn’t pass it up! When our number was called , you go to the counter to pick is up, they do open the boxes for you to see ur food! Everyone was very friendly. The fish was breaded nicely and had a nice crisp to it, flavorful and the fries and okra were cooked nicely as well. Overall I enjoyed my food and will be returning to support call business owners!

I just left this hidden gem in fairburn which I can say they are delicious. I ordered a 2 piece whitening with crispy fries. She gave me 3 pieces but don’t think u may get lucky to get 3. Ha ha. I will definitely be back for seconds. Oh bye the way they are black owned.. The food was good.
