Taste of food was great. Soup came out as warm not hot.
Service was great. They do table touching and clean up aftee guest use quickly. Need to pay attention to the only trash they have up front as it was up to the brim. Server was accomodating but not welcoming.
Place was well lit and clean.
They’re the better tasting gyros in the area. Will come back again.

First time here. Wife and I dined in after a movie night. She ordered a gyro and bowl of soup. I ordered the pork souvalki with home fries and tzatziki sauce. Added a fountain drink.

Kinda pricey but the food tasted amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

This is the greatest Greek restaurant in the area! Owned and operated by this great Greek family, the food is super fresh and’s very tasty. They have all the favorites and their dessert selection is amazing. Oh, and they even have Greek drinks and like candies and stuff to take home. We had the chicken, the gyros and the falafel and they were all tasty. The tzatziki is so good. And don’t sleep on the feta fries! Super super good, I can’t wait to go back.

Love the spreads, green beans, gyro meat, potatoes. Also, their homemade cookies are excellent. The chicken has been a little tough and dry on occasion. Hoping this is something the owner can adjust. The service is prompt and the employees and owner are very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated and the atmosphere is casual/relaxed. We are fortunate to live so close by to this gem.

Great customer service and super-friendly staff. George went above and beyond with our party order. The food was delicious, and my family loved the party platter package. it was perfect for sharing. Everything was fresh and flavorful. It was my family’s first time trying Ladera Greek Kitchen, and they were especially impressed with the chicken and steak kabobs and the vegetable platter. Everything was very tender and delicious. They’re already talking about ordering for their upcoming events. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

One of the best Greek kitchens in all of SoCal

Lamb Gyro was very filling, lots of meat, & delicious.

Had a side of Spanakopita, a savory spinach pie essentially. Made with feta cheese, onions, and herbs inside of a flaky phyllo dough.

I also got their Melomakarona cookie, and if you’ve never tried one of these at a Greek festival or restaurant you need to!

Because it was sooo good I went back for lunch two days later and got the Greek salad with chicken skewers. Chicken and as seasoned well, tender, & fell apart off the skewer. The salad dressing and ingredients of the salad was great quality and fresh!

10/10. 5 stars, couldn’t get any better

I’ve had Greek cuisine a couple times when I was younger but as of recently, I’ve been trying different options especially at this restaurant. The food here is fantastic in taste and in looks. Everything is fresh and hot and packed with a lot of cultural flavors. From the people I know if they ever have had Greek food, their go to safe choice would be some form of the gyro and even though the gyros here are great, there is so much more to try! I’ve ordered their gyros, plates, and dabbled in the different sides they offered that I’ve never tried, and I haven’t been let known. The lamb is delicious as well as their lamb skewers which would probably be one of my favorites and another thing I’ve never tried before were the feta fries. Their description include lemon sauce and I was skeptical but tasting those slices of potatoes and seasoning plus the feta cheese, it was quite delightful. Not only can you order the feta fries, but you can also add on any protein you desire. I also dabbled in their, “pastitsio,” which is described as their Greek lasagna, and I was pleasantly surprised as well. The baklava was a very good finish to any Greek meal. There are many more options I haven’t tried so I will be back for more! Be curious and try it!

Well, I’m starting this review with a celebratory meal from Ladera Greek Kitchen as I was in the mood for something Greek and I’m finally heading toward a closing date so I can move! Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised with this place as there were a few options, but this one felt like the right decision to make and I’m certainly glad that I did. Now to the breakdown of things:

As always, I start with the “As Delivered” section as I really feel that how things are presented upon delivery is just as important as the meal itself. I started with the three containers of food and found them to be high quality and seemed to hold their heat well. I then opened them to explore the bounty I was about to happily consume! The next three photos are a close-up view on the entrées and side in the containers with Feta Fries being first, The Classic Gyro Pita second, and The Greek Chicken Pita. Now onto what you are looking to read…

First on deck is going to be the Classic Gyro Pita and it did not disappoint. The Tzatziki sauce was excellent! The flavor was there, but just the right amount. I’m picky on this as I have had some versions of Tzatziki that taste like I purchased the whole cucumber! In this case, it complemented the meat perfectly and I found nothing but bliss with each bite. The meat was excellent as it was not only tender, but flavorful and moist! As far as the Pita goes…this is probably one of the best I have had in years!! It was soft, light, and fluffy. It honestly almost felt like I was touching a smooth blanket and most importantly, it held up with each bite of a very well stuffed Gyro. I included two plate angle photos and one pre-bite photo for this one. You cannot go wrong with this one at all and without a doubt you will be full!

The second Gyro I’m going to discuss is the Greek Chicken Pita. Since I already discussed the texture of the Pita above, I’ll just say that the quality is consistent between both Gyros. I did struggle a bit more eating this one as it was definitely packed with Chicken and I had a hard time keeping all the ingredients in when taking a bite. The Chicken wasn’t quite as moist as I hoped, but the flavor was great and complimented the veggies well, which were fresh and pleasantly bright with each bite that came along with the Chicken in the Gyro. You cannot go wrong with this Gyro either and I really feel that you get your money’s worth with this one as well. I took four angle photos and two bite photos for this one.

Now, onto the mystery side of Feta Fries. In ordering this I had no idea what I was getting but figured it would look like a normal “run of the mill” fresh cut stick fry. I was wrong! What I got instead were these lovely, sliced pieces of fried potatoes topped with a fair amount of Feta Cheese. The great part about these is the flavor is excellent with or without the Feta. I further found that the price is quite fair for the amount and even splitting these with the dog, there were still some left. I think you could fairly feed three people with these. I took three photos of these from different angles for a better idea of the product.

Final Thoughts:

The Ladera Greek Kitchen is a small little place that I don’t think many in Temecula know about! Out of some of the Greek food I have consumed over the years (including in Greece) this is right up there in the top by not only value for the quantity of food, but more so in the quality and flavor that you are provided with. I didn’t get to try other items and wish that I could have, but well, the word “Budget” always comes up when I see the total! If you’re looking for a great Greek place, check out Ladera Greek Kitchen!!
