Tapas is the style of service in this establishment, so if you’re expecting platter style/meat and veg sides, this is not the place.
Very tasty and creative dishes come to the table. A first look at the menu and you may think this place is incredibly affordable, but these are small plates best shared by two people. You can get plenty to eat here but it won’t be like a steakhouse or other American styled venue.
We had a couple of the appetizers, Arancini (fried risotto), fluffy cheese (bread with whipped goat or feta? with honey), and a broiled pork belly.
For “main” dishes we opted for two of the pasta items which were both very good – a bolognese over campanelle ,and mediterranean mix over gemelli. Both were great.
We didn’t have any pizza but the ones we saw coming out we easily sized for sharing as a couple.
We did not have dessert, but there were about 4 pieces to choose from. They offer full bar service.
The one thing I haven’t mentioned is that, along with the very knowledgeable staff, they employ special needs adults that come from the university’s LIFE program. These employees are very thoughtful and attentive in their assistance of each table. You could be tempted to think this would create a moderate level of confusion and uncertainty, but each of these kind people were on point, helpful., and a delight to speak with. This was just a bonus point to the great service and food we enjoyed.

The location is very attractive, especially the bar. The cocktail menu was diverse and expansive; I enjoyed everything I tried. The onion dip and the fish pate appetizers were fresh and tasty. The calabrese pizza was delicious. Finally, the staff was friendly and attentive.

The food is amazing. Any of their pizzas, smoked salmon tartine, and the fluffy cheese are absolute must-tries. Even though the restaurant is still in its opening stages, the quality and potential are already there—and it will definitely pick up. This is a spot to watch (and return to).

Good service and solid food. Interesting venue but chairs were awkward and uncomfortable.
Fluffy cheese, beet salad, and pizzas were great. Cesar salad was ok. Pasta was good.

I give them five stars for the amazing ambience and service, and two stars for the food. We came because of the hype and the reviews… and hope we just caught them on a bad night. All four items were bad or mediocre. The prosciutto pear pizza was misrepresented. Every bite tasted very different due to the bizarre cheese mix and MASSIVE amount of sautéed onion (onion not listed in menu description). One bite tasted like Gorgonzola next bite tasted like a very strong European fondue cheese that didn’t blend with the overpowering onion. It was essentially a baaaad blue cheese onion pizza and we left most of it uneaten . The grilled chicken salad was also a miss. The first attempt was chicken that was completely raw inside. They re-cooked and it came back way over cooked and the lettuce was covered with an absurd amount of breadcrumbs and zero dressing… so it was a very, very dry breadcrumb salad that went mostly uneaten. I assume they forgot to dress the salad but we were ready to leave by the time it finally came to us. The fluffy cheese was fine, Just whipped ricotta. I really can’t remember the fourth item because we were so disappointed with everything else. The ambience and the service were fantastic. I would come back for drinks, but not a meal.

We’ve had multiple great experiences so far. Anna has been our server and was lovely!! The drinks and food are delicious. I recommend the cheese and charcuterie shared board and the prosciutto pizza!

I had the Cacio e Pepe pizza and was extremely impressed. There’s no pizza in Columbia like this. Very unique and delicious. Will certainly be back. The atmosphere is intimate and the ingredients are fresh.
