I stayed in cabin 2 and it was a great week to relax and unwind. The wifi was great and both my wife and I were able to work remotely when needed without issues. The views were amazing from the front windows. Casey was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed to cook full meals and experience the lake by providing canoe and local trails to hike with our dogs. If you are considering tiny home living this will be great practice to see how it can be done well with a view.

Great experience! My significant other and I stayed here over New Years and had a wonderful experience. Super affordable- cute cabins with everything you’d need. The pellet heater was amazing! Easiest access for ice fishing since it’s directly on the water yet also close to bars and restaurants. I’m sure it’s amazing in summertime too! No negatives which is rare. Couldn’t have had a better time.

Cabin was cozy with new add on well done. Access to water toys like paddle boards, canoe, row boat, peddle boat and regular floaties was very nice. View of the lake is top notch. Price was reasonable for included items. Spent most of the time on the water. Beautiful to just sit on the dock with feet in the water. Nice relaxing place. Thank you Casey.

My wife and our 2 dogs just finished a beautiful week on the lake. Cabin 2 is perfectly located in a cove on Lake Nokomis looking at a deserted wooded island. The property is covered in trees and has one of the only sandy beaches. Also need to give a shout-out to Casey (owner) for making this a great stay.

We rented a cabin for a week and had a great time. Nice location in a quiet bay, with views over the lake and a nearby island. Row boat, canoe, stand up paddle boards, pedal boats all free to use. Owner was nice, and the cabin had all the essentials. Allows dogs, which was a big plus for us. Would come again.

We went here for the “good food” that we read in the reviews. What we ended up having was a Pep’s pizza that we could’ve just bought at Trig’s for half the price. The cheesecurds were cube like, not a traditional cheese curd. The bartender was less than pleasant and seemed to only care about the locals that were there. Our first time there and no welcome, no thank you for stopping, no kiss my butt, nothing. We won’t be back!

Great atmosphere under the new ownership. Can see alot of changes from the inside of the bar, to the cabins, and outdoor patio. The bar offers the unique “Swamp Water” that tastes great. The food is classic bar food and done right. Overall a great place to stop as the staff and owners are great people!
