Really cute local diner with nice breakfast and lunch options. The chicken fried steak was awesome both times I had it as were their pancakes and Bloody Marys!

As a unionist, I love supporting pro labor establishments.

Great food. Slightly punk atmosphere. Learned what O’Brien potatoes are.

5 stars for a diner/dive bar. Good food, good people. Have gone here off & on over the years. If you want a hearty meal for a decent price, in a neat old lounge — absolutely go here. I ordered 5 breakfasts to go today for myself & my family, right after they were able to open (late I’m sure bc of a power outage). The core of Astoria finally had power and the rest of the county was still without– they were getting slammed. The food was quick for the circumstances (I think it took 20 min), the servers quite literally were running, and I was grateful to be able to take a hot meal home to the crew. They were appreciative also. I tipped extra for the line cooks in the back– much of the staff likely came in to work from dark houses themselves. Very glad they were open. Glad I continue to recommend them to visitors. Thanks guys.

Very cool fun old diner. We went in for breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. Serving portions were large and very tasty. Adding 2 scrambled eggs with cheese to the Hobo was brilliant.

I recommend this place, was nice and quiet as well.

The place we had originally planned to go was closed, and thank goodness because that let us find this absolute gem of a spot.

My partner and I got the same things we usually get the first time we have breakfast somewhere, his was chicken fried steak and mine was the breakfast burrito. The burrito was huge, but I unfortunately couldn’t stop myself from eating every bite because it tasted so good! Husband was quite satisfied with the chicken fried steak as well.
We will definitely be returning in future trips to Astoria.

The food was so good I almost forgot to mention that the service was excellent! The guy was rather busy the whole time but he hit every mark on providing great service.

Kind of a “dive” ambiance but not at all dingy.
Probably a popular spot for locals, I’d eat here all the time if I lived a bit closer.

Really cool spot, as someone who believes in organized labor the general atmosphere is spot on. The food is really good diner food with the chicken fried steak being a favorite of mine. The prices are reasonable and the potions are generous. I would 100% eat here again.

Came here last night to play the Coastal Chaos fest and it all started with a cup of coffee! It was so good (thundermuck by Columbia river coffee roasters) so we spent the night so we could come back for breakfast. It absolutely slaps. The pancake has the perfect amount of everything and is so fluffy and dense!

It’s better than 3 star close to a 4 star. The food is all short order but it is good!
Once you get your order in it isn’t long for four large plates of food.
Have eaten breakfast, steak and eggs and the hash browns all cook just as I ordered.
There is a full bar and drinks are reasonable !
