Nuts! Best fries, awesome Sonoran hotdog, great service, mango margarita just right… Now our favorite place to hang out on a Sunday. Very very good. Salsa and chips on point. Great prices. Go here. ONLY setback was the dude out front playing his clarinette and saxophone. Too loud and out of tune at time. Please, play Mexican music at a Mexican restaurant. Thank you. Delicious birria tacos!! Presentation is everything and this place gets 10/10 for plating. My son had the Sonoran dog and said it was delicious. Their salsa is amazing too. Super small for inside dining so go at off hours or when weather is good for dining outside. Very friendly service!

We really enjoyed this new casual Mexican place on 4th Ave and 6th street. Great location and Al the food was great. Try the shrimp tacos or the Adobada caramelized. Good beers choices and real Mexican Coca Cola!

This place has a more authentic Mexican flare. I lived in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for 2 years. This food was more in alignment with the stuff I’d eat there on the street. I ordered the Pollo burro. While I was waiting I ate the complimentary chips they gave me. I told my friend who was eating with me these are the best chips I have ever eaten at a restaurant. Not only was the food excellent but the ambiance and service was great. Also professional chefs like the late Anthony Bordain and Gordon Ramsy, etc they say to know if a restaurant is safe to eat at check the bathroom. If it is dirty or clean that is how they usually keep their kitchen as well. The bathroom at La Yaquesita was spotless and clean. I will be back for sure!

Cool little gem smack on 6th St. & 4th Ave. Patio and even a little separate bar nook that’s pretty cozy. Great chips n’ salsa and a/c is awesome! Prices are on the high side (like everything nowadays). You’d hope you could still get a bean, cheese and rice burrito for under $10. Not so…I paid $13. Crazy.
