Fully obsessed. This is hands down the best mexican food i’ve ever had. Tucson is KNOWN for its mexican food, but you haven’t lived til you’ve eaten the grilled shrimp tacos from la yaquesita. My boyfriend and I come here like once a week. The outdoor seating is amazing and the staff are so sweet and attentive. 10/10.

Cute place for sure. Service was so so at best. The food, well, it was really disappointing. I’ve had far better tacos in the PNW. My friend had the birria ramen which was well presented. The accompanying beef and cheese taco looked deliciously gooey. The ramen was a hit.

Stopped by for lunch and had a wet burrito with chicken. Very tasty although it felt like there was a lot of tortilla (as if it were designed for a bigger burrito or some other dish) as it was thin but double or triple layered in some places. Not a huge deal but made it a bit difficult to cut through. The taste was great and service was fast and friendly. I’m planning to come back and try a few other items in the menu.

Just returned to Tucson after 20 years. Two things I missed most. Beautiful women and the best Mexican food on the planet. La Yaquesita delivers on both!. Only ordered tacos,but damn! So good! No skimping on portions. Left with full belly. And for the same price you pay for a Taco Bell combo.

We come here often and the food is delicious. The owner and staff are really nice and friendly. Kevin always remembers us and always a pleasure to be served by him. Today I was surprised they remembered me asking if they had Hennessy and they ordered it and told me they have it now. I ordered the ramen birria and my wife had the Quesabirria tacos and as always amazing.
